Quiet country feeling in the city. 3 bed 2 bath.

Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath single level home across from horse ranch, minutes to winery, brewery, dining, shopping, sporting venues (Maverick’s ice hockey, Royal’s baseball, Chiefs football,) walking/biking trails, 10 minutes to historic Truman Square and 20 minutes to Kansas City downtown.

No shoes are to be worn on carpet . A bench is by the front door for convenience and a shoe tray for wet or soiled shoes.

There is so much to enjoy in the KC area... search with your favorite browser to see all there is but here are a few favorites...

This home was so very comfortable and spacious in a beautiful area! I thoroughly enjoyed the "country" feel of the location, while everything needed was just outside the complex. Property is only about a 30 min drive from downtown KC. Horse farm across the street was enjoyable to gaze at during morning coffee. House is very comfortable and plenty of room for a family of four. The only downside was the construction going on in the adjacent neighborhood.
