45 minutes to MSQ, 30 minutes to KC Makers - great table for quilting in the dining area! Historic area, parking was available on the street, garage was available for 2 cars, if your not comfortable in narrow alleys might not be for you, but we had no problems with a large ford and tesla. The house was great - super layout, backyard was great - probably my favorite VRBO that we have rented in the KC area!

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint house. The house was very clean, and the location was perfect for our planned activities. The communication with the manager was great and timely including how to fix our blown fuse.

Overall good stay but improvements would be useful

Very clean and welcoming place to stay. Liked the rooms and layout. Few needed improvements - beds were very hard, musty smell from basement, shade in one bedroom didn’t fully cover window, ants on kitchen counters.

The property was exactly the way it was portrayed on VRBO! We were looking for a rental with a lot of beds and this fit the bill perfectly! It was very clean and very nicely decorated throughout and the owner of property was very accommodating! Would definitely stay again!

Joyous Retreat

Beautiful, happy home for the family trip. Towels are fluffy, beds are perfect, and the toilet paper is the good stuff. Very clean, well placed furniture and complimentary snacks. Birdwatching on the patio. True rest for the weary. Rejuvenating from the long road trip.

Go Royals!

All our 7 year old wanted to his birthday was to see his beloved Kansas City Royals!! This beautiful house did not disappoint for our three night stay!! We highly recommend for all who are wanting to get away!!!

Exactly What You Want

Needed to stay one night for the Luke Combs concert at Arrowhead with a few friends from college, perfect amount of space for us and our cars since we were all coming from different areas of MO and IA. House is easy to get to, quiet and safe neighborhood, garage parking was a huge plus! The house was fully stocked of everything you could possibly imagine needing, extra towels, sheets, fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, coffee bar, etc. This was a wonderful stay and exactly what we wanted before heading out for the evening. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if in the area!

Perfect spot and easiest check-In/Check-out I've ever done!

This is an older home but has been furnished nicely. Good size kitchen to exist in and plenty of space in all the rooms. I cannot tell you how easy and nice it was for checking in and out. So many of these places have a laundry list of things to do before you leave. This place made it so easy which we helped so much when we have kids with us. The house creaks pretty good and the staircase is a little steep but that's expected in older homes. A little distance to downtown but not bad. We loved it, one of the best VRBO experiences we have had! Thank you!!

This was my first experience using Vrbo and it couldn't have been better. My mother-in-law kept exclaiming throughout our three days there, "I can't believe she thought of..." and honestly I'm not sure our host could have improved upon the place. We loved it! Be sure to take a walk like Harry Truman did while you're visiting. It's near all the historic sites.

It was a girls trip & everything was as decribed in listing. Sadly it was too hot to use the outside area in the back of the house. It was a very quiet neigborhood & close to where we needed to be.

KC Baseball Trip

House was very clean and close to Kaufman Stadium. Had a problem with TV and WiFi. Host had someone stop by and repair it immediately. Home had all amenities.

Truly felt welcomed

Came into town with some girlfriends. It was just as pictured with comfortable spaces for us and in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well organized with extra bedding and nicely appointed kitchen. Extras in kitchen made us feel like valued guests. Thanks for the great stay.

Close to Arrowhead stadium ,great place to overnight after the Cheifs won! Charming, cozy, clean. However the steps to the second floor may be a problem for some older adults
