Relax and retreat in this wonderful home in Raytown. 6 Minutes from the stadiums, fast wi-fi, and complete with full kitchen and laundry. The back yard is fully fenced, has a pad for basketball, and we maintain several birdfeeders to bring in many colorful birds native to the area. Thus the name: the Birdhouse!

Almost perfect. Great location, great space for 4 travelers (we had a 5th traveler cancel but there would have been enough space for one more). Newer outdoor grill, plenty of kitchen utensils. Two full baths (one on each floor). Central A/C. Quiet location. Bedrooms were in great shape. Off-road parking. We stayed there for the FIFA World Cup game between Ecuador and Curacao. The location was very close to Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffman Stadium. We had no issues getting in and out to see a MLB Royals baseball game. However, for the soccer game, Arrowhead’s traffic was organized in the opposite direction so we had to execute a u-turn or drive out of our way to get into the traffic flow to enter the parking lot. As a result, the relatively close location was not of great benefit. Not sure how traffic is organized for NFL games. Maybe the owner could respond to this and clarify. That was the only real issue and that was minor, relatively speaking. Other than traffic flow, which is not in the owner’s control, this was a great place in a solid location.

The birdhouse was perfect for my sister and our families. The birdhouse is very family/ kids friendly, the backyard was great for the kids to run and play. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The host was kind, considerate, and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Birdhouse! We were in a very nice & quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping, dining and Arrowhead stadium. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for four adults. The owner Andrew was very responsive and accommodating. He was great to work with and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our favorite part of the weekend was the tiny fawn that was hanging out in the backyard every day.
