Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items. Found lots of things to do in the area. Host wasvery prompt in answering my texts. Highly recommend this place.

It would be nice if there were Dresser or something in the bed rooms to put your things on. Also no shelves or hooks to hang things in the shower. Other than that, great location and place to stay.

This was a great place! The water pressure in the showers was fantastic and we never ran out of hot water! It was a perfect 30 minute drive to the Power and Light district and best of all, in the neighborhood of Mudpie Bakery!

This was perfect for our family visit. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teens. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy, shower water was sufficiently hot for all of us. Easy to check in and out and the host was communicative and allowed us early check-in. The only mild drawback was the downstairs bedrooms were on the cool side (temperature) and a bit dark, but the game space was fun.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! Everything was spotless and so thoughtfully designed. The décor was beautiful, making it feel both stylish and clean The beds were incredibly comfortable! And the games for the kiddos were an amazing addition! Every detail felt intentional, and it was clear that the hosts really care about their guests’ experience. We had an issue with the refrigerator, and the host arranged to get it fixed quickly-much appreciated. The amenities were exactly what our group needed - a spacious, well-appointed kitchen, plus bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 8 women. The location was close to our event venue and the neighborhood felt very safe. Highly recommended!

Family weekend

Great place to stay for a family weekend event! Easy keyless checkin and out, and quiet neighborhood. Rental was close to our venue yet close to other things like explore Kansas City, shopping and great restaurants in Lenexa. Highly recommend!

We attended a wedding in KC. The location was great. Easy access to I-35. Very close to Overland park business district. The house is part of a small cul-de-sac so parking was easy and private. Remodeled with modern conveniences.

Great Stay

This property worked really well for us. We had a large group in town for a graduation and we had plenty of room to cook and hang out together. I would recommend if you have a toddler to bring a baby gate as there are stairs, luckily we packed one. I would book this rental again!
