Large Spacious Home with Pool - Perfect place for Entertaining! Prime Location!

Do you love to entertain? If so, look no further! This home has everything you need for large family gatherings or your own private oasis. Enjoy the salt water INGROUND POOL with a diving board, open Memorial Day - October 1st (typically sooner/later, weather permitting). Pets are welcome, no CATS please! Grab a cool beverage from the outdoor shed refrigerator, complete with a bathroom. If you're not up for a swim, catch some rays on the wrap around concrete deck, relax on the comfortable outdoor sectional underneath the pergola or get cozy on the wooden double swings while roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. If you prefer the indoors, head to the finished basement to enjoy a drink at the bar, play a round of pool, darts or ping pong, or relax on the couch and watch TV. You can even get your workout on in the GYM or enjoy a competitive game of basketball in the Cul de sac.

This home is located in close proximity to downtown Kansas City, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, SportingKC, casinos, shopping centers, multiple youth sports complexes and much more! After a fun day of exploring all that Kansas City has to offer, relax in one of the NINE (9) comfortable beds, including three king and six queens.

We had a great time with family. Pool was very nice. Got to enjoy the fire pit. Had some weather during the week but mostly overnight so it didn't affect our day activities. Had little trouble with the pool but Mike came and took care of the problem and we were able to continue enjoying our vacation. Had plenty of room for everyone to do their thing. Definitely recommend.

This property was a great place for our family to spend time together! We had plenty of space for the twelve of us to spread out when needed, but also to spend time all together. The pool was wonderful, and our teens (and adults) enjoyed playing pool and ping pong, too! The house itself was lovely, but also comfortable; I never felt the need to worry about the kids damaging fragile items. There was plenty of room for parking, and the neighborhood was a nice area to walk around. The kitchen had all of the basics and a lot of surprise appliances, too. Our host was awesome! He met us at the house, and was back at least once during our visit. He was quite welcoming, and gave us lots of helpful hints. Best of all, he was easy to reach with any questions we had along the way!
