About this property

Stunning private villa pond, theater

Our family-friendly home offers keyless self-check-in, elegant finishes, a music and media room, recreation space, and a wet bar in the basement. Fully secured, our 5000 sqft house features four bedrooms and six baths, ensuring ample space for everyone. Please note that parties are not allowed, and only registered guests are permitted to check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the property. Any gatherings must be reviewed and approved in advance, and additional charges may apply.



We updated the home early this year with feedback from our guests and major maintance that includes redo of entire home paint, update of bathrooms, kitchen among many other overhaul of the home.



Located in Overland Park, our luxury place is within walking distance to Deanna Rose Farmstead and a giant soccer field, making it suitable for guests of all ages. We are also just 30 minutes away from popular Kansas City attractions such as the Plaza, the Kansas City Zoo, the Sprint Center, Union Station, and various history and art museums/galleries. For your peace of mind, we have Ring monitoring enabled outside of the home and in the garage. No parties, commerials vahicles allowed.

We appreciate you leaving the trash cans outside on the curb on Wednesday night. If you can't be around, please give us a call - we would be happy to come by to put the bins outside.

Very nice house

Very comfortable space for 8 adults and 2 toddlers with room to spare in a nice neighborhood. Kids had fun at the neighborhood pool. Would stay again.

Great family property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had family members from teen to 70s with a need for a lot of beds and a cozy atmosphere. The location was close to all of the amenities Overland Park and Kansas City have to offer. The process was easy, the property manager responsive and accommodating. We will stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at the Pond Side. The home is clean and beautiful - exactly as described in the listing. Kishore was a great host! Daughter's Wedding Weekend

We rented this house for our out-of-town family to come and stay while they were here to attend our daughter's wedding. I had family flying in from Washington DC to CA and the process was seamless. Although I never stayed at the house, my family said it was great and would definitely use it again!

This trip was very fun, it was very hot but the home was very cool and really inviting. The pool was not overly crowded and there was plenty of space for our group of 14. I would definitely go back or recommend it!

Spacious smart home

We had 8 adults and 4 children who all slept comfortably. Some light switches were a bit tricky but if you use the smart home features it's not too bad. Good space in a quiet neighborhood.

Large clean and very comfortable

This house was clean and very well equipped. It was a very nice touch having a new clean towels and new clean mattresses etc. We really enjoyed all the living spaces and there was extensive automation in the house good entertainment options including a poker table in the basement. Excellent for family gatherings like pre weddings etc.
