Beautifully remodeled home located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the KC metro. If your family is visiting KC or if your'e just looking for the perfect family stay-cation, then look no further. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 7-10 persons comfortably with an open floor plan and plenty of space. It features a beautiful newly renovated private swimming pool on a 3/4 acre lot with manicured landscaping, and ample patio furniture for enjoying time in the sun and around the pool. There is plenty of space for the kids to play in the back yard or up front in the quiet cul-de-sac, plus they will love 1/4 Court Basketball area with 10ft goal, playing pool volleyball (supplied), or playing ping pong in the finished basement. The pool deck with two umbrella tables and outdoor BBQ grill are perfect for family birthday parties or reunions. Major highway access is only 5 minutes away and most of the sought after Kansas City attractions such as The Plaza, Legends Racetrack, Arrowhead Stadium & Worlds of Fun theme parks are within a 15-30 minute drive.

Perfect Vacation

We came to KC for a short family vacation and a chance to see family. The house was perfect for our family of five and the location was great for all the places we visited. Would definitely stay here again!

4th of July fun!

We spent the 4th of July weekend here and it was perfect! Plenty of space inside and out, lots of fun in the pool and running around the backyard.

Perfect Spot for a Family Reunion – Beautiful Home & Exceptional Host!

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion! The home was a great place to gather—plenty of space, and the rooms were fresh, clean, and inviting. The kids were so happy with the pool and hot tub! Shaymond was an outstanding host—very communicative and helpful. He even stopped by personally to assist with the backyard lights, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for home base!

We are the Janes Family and we would like to welcome you to our family pool house. We are life long residents of Kansas City and currently live just 15 minutes away in Overland Park, KS. My dad built this home for our family when I was just two years old and I grew up here. My brother and I inherited the home when our mom passed in 2014, and I recently remodeled both the home and swimming pool in spring of 2022. We have lots of great memories here as a family and we are excited for you to be able to make your own memories and share in the fun that we have had over the years.
