This property met our needs perfectly to comfortably house out-of-town family members for our daughter's local wedding. The only feature missing was internet service, but we were so busy we didn't miss it anyway. Also, the downstairs bedroom door got locked at one point, but the host responded quickly to provide the unlock code. Overall, lovely home with ample space for a very special family gathering.

This was a great location for our large family of 10 adults and 14 children to gather for a wedding. Everyone had their own sleeping space and bathroom. Plenty of things for the kids to do. We had some issues with the smart locks and being locked out but issues were resolved in a timely manner. Really appreciated extra bedding and supplies being easily available to us. Well stocked pantry. Two full refrigerators, double dishwashers, multiple laundry locations really were a bonus for our large family. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

The house is big and very accommodating to large groups. We loved that everyone had their own bedroom and really own bathroom, even if it was not attached. The kitchen was stocked with enough to feed our group of 15. The double dishwasher was a bonus. Communication and check-in was one area that was an issue. I had to ask more than one time for the code to get in the house. We were on our way to check in at 4 and still did not have a code. The other negative was the upstairs laundry room. The washer had dirty wet dish towels, which I had to run so we could have drying towels in the kitchen. The sink had too black, disgusting looking objects laying that had to be removed and the trash can and recycle bin was full of stuff. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a large group. The small issues did not ruin our experience, but I was not expecting that upon arrival. I would also recommend the owner have dish rags available for dishes that need hand washed.

After Christmas Getaway

We had an abbreviated stay due to weather moving in but once again had a very good time. The house accommodates family with all the bedrooms and places to hang out. Excellent location for those of coming from out of town. Hope to come back again and not get chased out by a blizzard.

Christmas gathering

After the loss of our Mom, we wanted to find a place to all get together for Christmas. The home was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was easy and she was quick to respond. We had an amazing time!

Everything was great. Parking was abundant and safe. Kitchen facilities were wonderful for all the family.The only startling aspect was a coyote, running through the back with a freshly killed chicken in his mouth! He must have a den beneath the rock ledges at the end of the water. We sae him several times. He did not bother us.

Gigantic and Gorgeous

This was the roomiest house we've ever stayed in as an extended family. There was a bedroom and a bathroom for each family unit. It was beautiful and cozy and convenient to all our events! Our host was very helpful and responsive!

Beautiful home and it was perfect for our family. Each family had their own room. We had an issue upon arrival, contacted the host who then resolved the issue quickly. Perfect location. We would recommend this home.

Large home, with plenty of extras

Rented the home for a Christmas weekend for the family. Ages ranged from 88 to 8 months and everyone had a great time. Kids found plenty to entertain themselves with and adults had ample gathering spaces to sit and visit. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation for a large number. Hosts were very accommodating and supportive throughout planning and the stay.

Six couples all friends for college days years ago stayed for two nights. Lovely property with two complete kitchens. Plenty of room for smaller gatherings and all 12 together. Loretta was very helpful and answered any questions we had.

Stayed in this home for a 3 night weekend in KC in July. A very comfortable LARGE house with plenty of room for 15 family members; children and parents could all select the room they wanted. It was a warm weekend and the AC completely kept up. Kitchen on the main floor is large and open and we used it for all our meals. Kitchen is open with a wonderful large island for setting out all our food. The deck on the main floor was very comfortable for dining morning and night. Loretta went the extra mile by finding a small keepsake that my grandson mistakenly left in the house and mailed it back to us!

Perfect home

Very clean, in good repair. Our ages ranged from 4-77. Super great having bathrooms in almost all bedrooms. Space to spare. We brought corn hole and appreciated large garage space to play it in.
