The property was nice sized and just about everything we needed. We were able to have some family over to visit. It was very accommodating to the grandkids. They played in the play room, on the playground and small table and high chair was convenient. Easy access to the highway to get to where we were going. I only gave it 3 stars because we had some unwelcomed visitors in the basement and garage, a couple of mice appeared.
This house was simply amazing. We loved the kitchen and open layout, and used all 5 bedrooms. We really enjoyed eating outside on the covered deck, and our 2 year old granddaughters loved the playground set and the playroom upstairs. Would 100% stay here again.
This was an amazing house. It had every amenity imaginable! We brought extras of staples like garbage bags, dishwashers pods, coffee pods, salt and pepper and didn’t need any of it. They even had extra water and snacks! Such a nice touch! The host was very communicative and the house was beautiful and comfortable!
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The location was great, and we especially appreciated being able to check in early. The kitchen in this home has was very well stocked with everything we needed. Communication was excellent, the host were very responsive to our questions and quick to address our needs.A few maintenance and convenience items could use some attention. The banister on the stairs from the main to the second floor was loose, the door stopper in the twin bedroom was broken off, and the basement bathroom fan was not working. The shower faucet in the basement bathroom was also loose. We also found the entry codes for the house and garage a little confusing because they included two asterisks, while the keypads did not have a astrisk button. The timing of the sprinklers was also somewhat inconvenient. For added convenience, a mirror in one of the bedrooms and more towel hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the home’s location, early check-in, and the host’s excellent responsiveness. With a few small maintenance and convenience updates, this house could be even better.
Our family of 8 adults and 4 little ones under the age of 5 stayed here. Everyone loved it!! There was plenty of space indoor and outdoor. We used the backyard a lot since it had a swing set just the right size for our grandkids. We will definitely choose this place if we come back to the KC area again!
This was a perfect place to stay for our extended family. Our host, Trang, kept in touch before and during our stay and was very responsive answering questions. Very clean, attractive and still comfortable. One of the best stocked kitchens we've encountered - drip and Keurig coffee makers, nice amount of silicone bibs, unbreakable dishes and eating utensils for little ones (plus a highchair), crockpot, kitchen linens, rice cooker and needed dishes, cookware, and spices if you do your own cooking. Plus, personal & kitchen soaps. Well stocked linens & paper goods in kitchen and bathrooms. Complimentary water and snacks upon arrival were a nice touch. Our 5 and 2 year old grandchildren enjoyed the swing set in the backyard and playroom stocked with interesting toys and books; we also enjoyed the pool table in the lower level. The hot tub was a nice bonus.A feature we especially appreciated was the layout of the home - having bedrooms & bathrooms on all three levels so everyone had their own space to get away to sleep and relax. The common gathering spaces - living room, kitchen, dining room, covered patio had lots of seating for hanging out. When you are gathering as an extended family, this home is great for both the times you want to hang out together and then the times you want separate spaces for downtime.
The property was clean and orderly. Any questions or issues we had were responded to very quickly. They had everything we needed for sleeping and cooking. The baby and dog supplies were an added bonus!
