The property was exactly as they said it was going to be very clean very cozy. Very nice house. We truly enjoyed our stay there. Communication with the host was great. Responded right away. I would stay there again. I would highly recommend this house. Very nice. Nice quiet street.

Our extended family of 8 had a wonderful stay and experience. Excellent communication and response time from the host and owner. The home was immaculate and updated nicely. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Our grandson enjoyed the kids area and game tables. Convenient location close to grocery stores in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was so sweet to provide water bottles and snacks for our family. She also went above and beyond to make extra chairs available to our group, as we were in town for a funeral. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home to others!

This is a great home with lots of bedrooms, great bathrooms and a lovely backyard to enjoy as well. The kitchen has all the amenities you need and the location is perfect to Overland Park, Kansas City downtown as well as Lawrence KS. There is a full game room downstairs for additional enjoyment. A perfect reunion gathering, girls or boys weekend or as we did...celebrate a college graduation with family & friends. Loved it.

This home was perfect for our weekend family get together. If you have a large family this is the home for you. The layout was perfect and it was the best stocked rental home we have ever stayed in. The kitchen literally had everything you might need to make a big meal. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The 5 kings was a great idea! The bathrooms were large and new. Backyard and patio were ideal for small kids to run and play. Pictures of the listing were accurate. Communication with owner was excellent.
