Fantastic 2-story home. Very clean, and all the amenities you could want. Very close to downtown Overland Park (very nice downtown district), and easy access to the expressway if going to downtown Kansas City (about 20 minutes). Lots of restaurants in the area. House may be a challenge if anyone has difficulty with stairs. 3 BR upstairs, 1 BR downstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a good location . Our daughter, son, and his family walked to the farmers market which is also near shops and restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped. We found all we needed in the kitchen for cooking, plenty of coffee, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. In the upstairs living room there were even games. We didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of them but they were there.Ann, our hostess, was very responsive. Check-in was a breeze since we were given the code to the front door.
