Here or on the terrace on the first floor, from which you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean surroundings, you can enjoy relaxing holidays. The nearest small supermarket is 1 km away and the centre of Ciutadella de Menorca with numerous restaurants, shops and bars is only a few minutes' drive away. The nearest sandy beach is 600 m away and reachable in a few minutes by car or in less than 10 minutes on foot.

Please note that the homeowner lives in the basement of the villa, which has a separate entrance and comes by daily between 7:00 and 8:00 to water the plants and clean the swimming pool.
