Objekt in Ordnung, Klarheit der Objektbeschreibung und Service ausbaufähig
Objekt war sauber. Lage etwas abseits gelegen.
Objekt war komplett ausgekühlt.
Im Dezember nicht überraschend , erfüllt aber nicht unsere Erwartungshaltung an Gastfreundlichkeit. Bei Buchungen im Winter sollte eine eingeschaltete Heizung auf Mindesttemperatur sichergestellt werden (können).
In der Beschreibung sollte noch einmal explizit und deutlich erkennbar beschrieben werden,
was nicht vor Ort vorhanden ist und mitgebracht werden muss. Dann kann man dies in seine Entscheidung für oder gegen das Objekt einbeziehen.
