Vacation home with 40 meter long pool, Languedoc (Amaryllis)
The property is an old winegrower's house from the 18th Century and is surrounded by vineyards.
Our apartment AMARYLLIS is exceptional with its 60 sqm living space.
The artistically designed staircase dominates the high, spacious room.
The very large red and yellow limestone-painted walls and the terracota tile give the room a warm southern atmosphere.
The kitchen is open on the salon, separated by a bar.
Equipment: satellite TV, hi-fi system, dishwasher, washing machine. Internet.
Private terrace with grill and garden furniture.
The garden has a lot of shade and extends to 10 hectares. A swimming pool of 11 meters, with a beautiful view of the Corbières hills, is an invitation to relax.
We are in Montlaur in the Aude department (25 km from Carcassonne). 45 minutes to the Mediterranean beach.
