We are proud to present our houses to you. They are newly built modern houses, but at the same time they have kept the flair of old tradition. These quiet, stylish houses open their doors to welcome guests from all over the world. You are in the green suburb of Porec, this beautiful quiet place Bujici is only 3km away from the city. After a few minutes drive you will get to know the beautiful beaches or the center of the city of Porec.
Near the house are Konobe, restaurants, pizzerias, shopping centers (2km), bike paths, ...

They offer you a well-tended garden and an outdoor whirlpool or swimming pool, depending on the house. They also offer you an opportunity for comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people.

Ground floor:

• Fully equipped kitchen which includes: fridge / freezer, hot plate, oven, dishwasher, washing machine,

• Coffee machine, microwave, toaster and other cooking utensils

• Dining room with access to the terrace

• Spacious living room with closed fireplace, with additional access to the terrace and pool, you decide whether you use the sunny or shady terrace,

• Sat TV, free WI-FI internet throughout the house

• Shower next to the pool and in the second house next to the outdoor whirlpool

Upper floor:

• Two rooms furnished with taste, in the traditional way, with a comfortable bed and antique details. Quality natural materials with lots of wood were used to make the living room as cozy as possible. Each room has its own bathroom,

• BBQ fireplace with terrace

• Fully air-conditioned house

• Safe for valuable items

• Towels, bath towels for the loungers, bed linen, cooking towels, everything is there for you, so just think about your personal belongings, everything else awaits you in this idyllic summer house.

Wunderschöne Woche

Tolles Haus, wie auf den Fotos. Perfekt für 4 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht weit weg von Porec. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. War jederzeit zu erreichen bei Fragen. Herzlichen Dank an Eduard. Wir kommen wieder.... Viele Grüße Familie S.

Wunderschönes Haus , gepflegtes Haus

Lieblicher Landhausstil mit allem Komfort, den man sich im Urlaub wünscht ! Der Besitzer ist sehr gastfreundlich und erkundigte sich während unseren Aufenthalts , ob alles ok ist. Der Pool war ein Traum und von der Größe mehr als ausreichend ! Wir haben diese Woche sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen !

Traumurlaub

Es war ein absolut toller Urlaub. Wir waren 5 Mädels und haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist schön groß und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war auch sehr schön. Man kann von dort aus mit dem Auto alles super erreichen und wir konnten viele tolle Ausflüge unternehmen , aber auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wunderbar für eine selbstverpflegung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es ist so romantisch und gemütlich eingerichtet wir wollten gar nicht weg. Wir waren aufjedenfall nicht zum letzten Mal da und bedanken uns nochmal herzlichst für diesen tollen Urlaub.

Purer Prestige!!!!

Wir waren zu fünft in der Villa und Ich kann nur eines dazu sagen: "BOMBE!!!" Es war der beste und schönste Urlaub. Nicht nur aufgrund der tollen kroatischen Atmosphäre und des wunderschönen Meeres, sondern auch wegen der optimalen Lage der Villa. Man kommt überall in nur ca 5 Minuten hin,egal ob Restaurant, Supermarkt oder zum Strand ans Meer. Zur Villa selbst jetzt: wunderschöne Einrichtung, eigener Grill im Garten und ein großer Pool zur Abkühlung an heißen Tagen wenn man mal zu faul ist um ans Meer zu fahren *gg* Was will man mehr um einen Urlaub noch schöner zu gestalten? Fazit daher: LAGE-SUPER , VILLA-TRAUMHAFT , URLAUB-PRESTIGE!!!
