Looking Forward To More Magic Moments

Our group loved Magic Moments! Beverlyn's cooking combined with the great location, chill atmosphere, Josh's lay of the land (and water) plus all the comforts of home made for many a magic moment. I highly recommend this property but only hope you don't take my dates for next year! We'll be back...

Great property for multiple families (we had 3 generations). Well kept and maintained. Our favorite spot was definitely the outdoor area by the pool. It in less an outdoor kitchen with lots of space to sit and lounge.

Absolutely Fantastic

We had a group of 6, 4 adults and 2 children. There was tons of room with much more to spare. The property was very clean. Our caretaker Josh and his son were absolutely wonderful, took us on the Black River Boat Tour, the Pelican Bar and Nine Mile. Mrs. Browns food was absolutely fantastic and was able to accommodate one of our pickier eaters. The three of them made us feel like we were right at home. The beach was beautiful and well maintained. We are already looking forward to our next trip there.

Great private spot!

The property was huge! Plenty of space for parking multiple vehicles. Off the main road so no traffic noise. Property had all the amenities. Kids could swim all night in the private pool while the adults hung out in the living room area. Perfect to be able to walk to your own private beach. A few restaurants are within walking distance via the beach. Josh & AJay were awesome hosts. Definitely recommend doing the Black River/Pelican Bar tour with them on the Kirbinator! They built us a bonfire on the beach the last night we were there. Mrs. Brown was great too. Very pleasant to be around and wonderful cook. AC worked great in each bedroom. We had a great time making memories with our friends/family. Definitely recommend this place.

Great Location, Great Venue, Awesome Rates

This was my first time to the Black River area in St. Elizabeth so I was uncertain what to expect. The morning after I arrived I explored the property and was thrilled to see the nunber of fruit trees (and coconut trees) that made for an amazing natural breakfast. I took a stroll down to the beach and discovered how truly scenic it was, photos did no justice. I got some shots and which I used to make outstanding Instagram reals - I am no content created but the views made it easy. My accommodations were also extremely comfortable; I will add that I got the best room, overlooking the pool and bar area! The villa is also a short distance away from restaurants such as Las Vegas Cafe, Paradise Ocean View and Crane Sandbar Restaurant. My preferences are Las Vegas (with tables almost on the beach) and Crane Sandbar (a modest restaurant with great food, great prices and outstanding customer service). It is also idealy located to get to numerous excursions in the area! Let me not forget the gracious hosts - Maurice and Tashna. Communication was easy and timely. They also provided great tips on things to do in the area. I would return to Magic Moments Villa with a small group or friends. There are a few things I didn’t get to do that I would like to experience.

Definitely coming back

We chose this property because being from Jamaica, we wanted to be close to family. This property was very close to perfect. I'm going to start with the outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen was next to the pool and it was better than the pictures showed. We didn't use it that much because we were always out and about but it was still set up nicely. 5 burner stove top and 2 refrigerators and all of it under a roof that kept it cool even in the middle of the day. The property itself was awesome because right inside the secure gate were several fruit trees that would drop our breakfast every morning. The other end of the driveway led right onto the beach and 20 yards later you were in the water. Completely amazing!!!! Both of the housing structures were also great for simple but necessary reasons. Each of the 3 rooms had its own combination lock for privacy and safety and its own bathroom and A/C. The laundry facilities were onsite and there was an outdoor bathroom and separate shower. The owners made it very easy to communicate and even had a maintenance person on call if we needed anything and a cook if we chose to use her (which I wish we had more than we did). Overall I would highly recommend this property even knowing that by doing so it might be harder to get next time but I would definitely stay here again. I might even go so far as to change my travel plans if this home was not available and wait until it was available. It was that good!
