About this property

The Qanuk is a 3600 sq ft alpine style home composed of two levels with very similar layout plus a walkout basement.

In each level you will find one master suite with a queen bed, one bedroom with one bunk bed and another with two twin beds. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room as well as a patio with BBQ.

In the large basement you will find a huge Entertainment Centre, a walkout to the extensive deck and a 6-person hot tub.

Other bonuses include free High Speed Internet, smart TV, cable TV, in-suite laundry on each level, vaulted ceiling with stunning views of the ski hill and more!

We wanted to create an all-in-one property - the best place ever to spend quality time with family & friends, not only during ski season, but all year round.

Whether you enjoy a relaxing hot tub, the outdoors, golf, tennis or just want a huge indoor entertainment centre for all ages with board games, pool table, ping pong or arcade games, this place has it all.

We are strategically located in the heart of the Fernie Alpine Resort, by the ski lift (Deer Chair) and we are a ski-in-ski-out property.

The Quanuk House Fernie

The property is very well located with easy access to and from the lifts. The house is very well set up and really good for a couple of families or a private group. Our group was all single adults, with one person in each room. The small bunk room is an issue for an adult as its a kids bunk bed and the quality of the bunk bed and mattress isn't great. However its a great home for entertaining and socializing together.

Great stay for large groups

This was a perfect house for a group of 9 adult skiers who wanted their own space and easy access to the Fernie slopes. The house was spacious and modern, well-appointed with cookware and dishes, and a fantastic boot room. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Highly recommend staying at the Qanuk if you are heading to Fernie!

Weekend away with family

Lots of space for our two families. The games room was great for our teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Perfect entrance for all our ski gear

Beautiful home, great stay

Overall the house is exceptional and very clean. Game room downstairs is a great addition. Would be a great set up to visit during the winter with all the accommodations the house includes.

Fernie Fam Jam

What a great place for a family get away. We had three families and grandparents together- 14 of us! The teens had so much fun using the games room and hot tub. The kitchens were well stocked and the family could gather together in the upper kitchen. Two bbqs were helpful. Lots of bathroom space and two washer/dryers. The only wish was for patio furniture to enjoy the beautiful big deck. I’d recommend this place in any season.
