This cozy first floor vacation apartment is located just 200 meters from the beach in a handicapped accessible complex in Alcossebre. The accommodation for 6 adults offers 3 bright bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The comfortable living/dining room is equipped with a table and a sofa, where you can comfortably watch TV. If needed, the sofa can serve as an overnight accommodation for one more person. The separate, fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you with everything you need for cooking. A hatch connects the kitchen and living room, but excellent ventilation ensures that the smell of meals does not spread throughout the apartment. In addition, next to the kitchen there is a utility room. The apartment also includes a spacious terrace, which you will surely use extensively during your vacation, as it is a great place to have breakfast, read or enjoy the sun.

In the common areas, a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas awaits you, so that both sun worshippers and friends of the shade are happy. If you like, you can also play sports on the tennis court.

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia

El apartamento en si está bien y con una muy buena ubicación, pero la limpieza y los colchones dejan mucho que desear. Si tienes la mala suerte de que el inquilino anterior ha ido con mascotas, como me pasó a mi, estás perdido porque no te podrás deshacer de los pelos hasta el día que te vayas. El día que llegue tuve que barrer la casa y lo que salió fue preocupante y sobre todo yendo con niños que quieren ir descalzos. Fue imposible eliminar del todo los pelos que dejo el perro del inquilino anterior....no se como entregan un apartamento en esas c ondiciones. Las almohadas están fatal y los colchones de las camas pequeñas lo mismo. Yo tuve que poner un nórdico doblado en la cama de la niña pequeña para que no se le clavaran los muelles del colchón. Si vais mas de 4 personas, dos no podrán dormir fijo por lo mal que están los colchones. Es una pena porque el apartamento en si está muy bien y la ubicación excelente pero el tema de la limpieza y colchones dejan muchísimo que desear.

Bien, pero con cosas a mejorar

El apartamento está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias y está bien distribuido. Muy bien situado también. Pero la limpieza regular, y hay 2 colchones que necesitan una urgente renovación....Además, no puedes dejar 3 rollos de papel de wc para una semana de estancia de 6 personas. El lavavajillas no tiene abrillantador, ni sal, ni te dejan cápsulas. En general el apartamento está bien, pero por el precio deberían tener en cuenta aspectos a mejorar.

Nous avons passé un bon sejour. Un petit bémol concernent la porte donnant sur le sellier qui ne se fermait pas, bien gênant car celui ci donnait sur l'extérieur et de ce fait, le froid rentrait.
