If you prefer, just sit and relax on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine with beautiful views of The Sierra Blanca Mountain as the deer frequently pass by. The open-concept of the Living space will afford all guests the ability to still converse, does not matter if you are cooking in the kitchen, playing cards at the table or watching a movie in front of the rock faced wood burning fireplace.

Please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter months. This can affect the driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads. 4x4 or chains may be required during winter months to access this home. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed at this property. 4x4, all-wheel drive vehicles, and SUV’s are recommended during
inclement weather.
