Our newly designed apartment is located in the basement of a detached house with separate entrance. The apartment in the countryside invites you to rest away from the through traffic in a path that can only be driven by residents. The living area is approximately 47 m², divided into a bedroom, a living / dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the terrace overlooking the vineyards you can enjoy the evening sun. In summer, the local outdoor pool offers refreshment and fun. In the immediate vicinity is a bus stop, from which Trier can be reached every half hour. The city of Luxembourg can be reached by car in 45 minutes. The European metropolis is always worth a visit, as well as the unique landscape of the Moselle, Saar and Ruwer.

Super Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und darüber hinaus. Einzig das Bett ist recht klein (1,40m), wenn man ein größeres gewohnt ist. Es gibt einen Stellplatz an der Ferienwohnung, welcher ein bisschen Einschätzung der Fahrzeugausmaße benötigt, da die Zufahrt doch sehr eng ist. Ansonsten gibt es unweit noch eine Bushaltestelle, bei der man einen Bus ins Zentrum von Trier nehmen kann. Obwohl wir feststellen mussten, das es mit Auto billiger ist, wenn man die Preise der Parkgaragen vergleicht. Familie Huberty ist super nett und war immer bereit Fragen zu klären bzw. immer erreichbar. Alles in allem kann ich die Ferienwohnung empfehlen und wenn wir wieder nach Trier kommen, werden wir auch wieder hier unterkommen wollen.

De woning was voortreffelijk, de ontvangst hartelijk en alles was aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf. De buurt is wel een beetje stil en de bereikbaarheid van de woning is wat minder. De verhuurster gaf veel nuttige informatie over de omgeving.

Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, alles was man braucht war da. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und Mertesdorf ist ein ruhiges Dorf. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub genossen.

Neue, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. In ausreichender Anzahl. Auch Kinderbett und Hochstuhl waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig das Hauptbett ist leider nur 1,40m, was uns dann doch zu schmal war. Und die zwar sehr hochwertige Schlafcouch ist zwar 20 cm breiter, bleibt aber dennoch eine Schlafcouch. Trotzdem hat die Wohnung alles erfüllt, was wir uns erwartet haben.

Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr ruhig gelegen und hat eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir wurden von Familie Huberty sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann direkt im Ort zwischen Weinbergen spazieren und die herrliche Aussicht genießen. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur wenigen Minuten in der wunderschönen Stadt Trier. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ind er herrlich modern und gemütlich praktikablen kleinen Wohnung konnten wir uns wie Zuhause fühlen und den hochwertigen Standart der Einrichtung genießen um völlig entspannt von dort aufzubrechen und das Umland zu entdecken. Die Hubertys sind super nette Leute und zählen zu den freundlichsten und zuvorkommendsten Vermietern die wir bisher kennenlernen durften. Unbedingt weiterzuempffehlen.

Langzeitaufenthalt

Ich war aus beruflichen Gründen gute drei Monate in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber sehr schön und war für meine Zwecke absolut ausreichend. Alles ist neu renoviert und hübsch eingerichtet. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen Bäcker. Für größere Einkäufe empfiehlt sich das Nachbardorf. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super. Es traten ein paar kleiner Problemchen mit dem WLAN auf, die soweit es ging gleich behoben wurden. Auch meine Optimierungsvorschläge wollen die Vermieter umsetzen. Die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist leider schlecht befahrbar. Die nächstgrößere Straße ist aber nicht weit entfernt. Es empfiehlt sich der Einfachheit halber dort zu parken. Eine schöne kleine Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Gemütliche Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Uns hat einfach an nichts gefehlt, wir haben drei sehr schöne Tage an der Mosel verbracht. Sehr empfehlenswert! Danle an die Familie Huberty für den netten Empfang. L'appartement est agréable, bien aménagé et très propre. Tout est à disposition pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons passé 3 très belles journées au bord de la Moselle et nous recommandons vivement! Merci à la famille Huberty pour son accueil chaleureux.

Tolles Appartment für eine entspannte Zeit

Die Wohnung ist toll: frisch renoviert, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingereicht. Die Ausstattung ist Klasse, uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, einen Grill etc. Alles neu bzw. neuwertig. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen - mit tollen Tipps und einer Flasche Secco :) Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Mertesdorf ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge: Trier, Luxemburg, Moseltal etc. Wir hatten hier ein tolles langes Wochenende verbracht und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Super nette Vermieter. Wohnung für eine kleine Familie ideal. Alles vorhanden und sehr neuwertig. Sehr ruhig gelegen und für Ausflüge nach Trier oder Luxemburg perfekt. Haben unseren kurzen Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare kleine Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail durchdachter Einrichtung. Alles was man braucht ist in guter Qualität vorhanden (z.B. Waschmaschine, Fön, Staubsauger mit Hepa-Filter, Schere, Reinigungsmittel usw.). Durch putzbare Böden und (Kunst?) Ledersofa auch hervorragend für Hausstauballergiker geeignet. Vermieter sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Sehr hübsche und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich von den Vermietern begrüßt und haben uns sofort eingelebt. Die Ferienwohnung ist neu und sehr schön eingerichtet mit vielen Extras. Ein Paar Schritte und man ist mitten in den Weinbergen. Im Freibad im Tal haben wir uns prima erfrischt. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell in Trier. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für sportliche und nichtsportliche Aktivitäten (Wandern, Radfahren, Schwimmen, Kultur). Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Elvira und Detlef aus Bremen
