Clean. Pool & area surrounding was kept immaculate. As stated top bedroom master is very bright in the morning. Water in each bathroom was hot and great pressure. Kitchen was tiny for a 5 bedroom place, but the large dining table helped offset the lack of counter space. No complaints on this place. Easy short walk to the beach. Would stay again. Thank you :)

My only criticism is the parking. While the place comesWith a spot underneath, street parking is an issue because most spots are yellow meaning you have toMove your car at 8:00 am. Parking is limited if you have a big group.

Very nice property convenient to the beach and in walking distance of many restaurants, beach stores and activities. The house is easy to find with the exception that the unit number needs to be emphasized in the instructions so people don’t go to the wrong unit. The house is clean. Minor issues are smoke detector on 3rd floor needs a cover, fire extinguisher was empty and you have to make you own beds with the provided linen. Also bring extra toilet paper if you have a group of more than 5 people. Would recommend!

Relaxation

This is a lovely rental property for family vacations. The location is not crowded and a very short walk to the beach. I would recommend this property for family time together!

Usually photos of a place don’t do it justice but this place matched the photos. Great location and plenty of beds and showers. Nice kitchen as well.

Great place for large families.

This is a nice house for big families. I liked the fact that it is in a quiet area and the breach wasnt crowded. The house is as pictured and the pool in the back was a nice bonus.

Mother's Day Excursion

We held a Mother's Day celebration with 8 adults. The dining areas were perfect and we sat on the top level patio and enjoyed the scenery and view of the beach. The front patio was spacious and comfortable.

The positive part of the property was the location! Only steps from the beach. Unfortunately, our stay was negatively impacted by the overall cleanliness and condition of the property.1. There was a significant fruit fly problem throughout the house all the way to the third-floor bedrooms and bathroom.2. We discovered a large amount of food, candy, wrappers, and debris underneath and behind it, making it appear that those areas had not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time.3. We also found old, moldy food and questionable gummies in a Ziploc bag on top of the refrigerator.4. The beds were hard as a rock. Not one of them was comfortable. 5. There were additional housekeeping and maintenance concerns, including dirty sheets and a water bottle stuffed behind a bed, a very loose bathroom faucet, a broken piece of dresser trim lying on the floor, half the lights on the deck didn’t work, and missing TV remotes.We reported these issues to the property manager prior to leaving because we wanted to make sure we were not held responsible for pre-existing damage or missing items. Unfortunately, the response we received was very generic and did not acknowledge the extent of the concerns.The house had a great layout and plenty of room but the cleaning and maintenance standards need significant improvement. For a vacation rental, guests should be able to expect a home that is thoroughly cleaned, sanitary, and properly inspected before arrival.

The location of the townhouse was perfect -- very close to beach and restaurants/shops. We really enjoyed the front deck and seating -- that's where we ate most of the time. Bedrooms were a nice size and fit our party of 11 perfectly. We managed to squeeze two cars in front of the door (under the deck) and street parking was always available. The pool was a nice size and offered a beach alternative.Some challenges . . . There was no place to put non-refrigerated groceries. While there was a full set of pots and pans, most of them were dirty when we got there. There wasn't enough full sets of silverware for 11 people and only 4 large mugs (a challenge for our 6 adults). There were no mixing bowls, dry measuring cups, measuring spoons, or BBQ tools. I would suggest putting a note regarding the bottom section of the refrigerator indicating that the right side is set to refrigerate, not freeze. We didn't realize it wasn't a freezer until after some of our stuff had thawed. However, even when adjusted to the freezer setting, the right side still did not freeze food. We didn't find the non-slip mats under the sink for the bathtubs until day 4 -- the tubs were very slippery (non-slip decals might be a better option).

Birthday Get-A-Way

Waze led us to the property with no issues. Looks just add advertised but shaker than I imagine. Each Bedroom was a perfect size; howeverI the bathroom on the first floor and fourth floor can use a serious upgrade. Other than that, the place was perfect. Multiple decks to Lounge, had a great time. Only steps away from the beach. I will rent again.

Thanksgiving Getaway

It was the perfect fit for our family. The dining table was large enough to seat all 9 of us for dinner and the kitchen was supplied with all the needed utensils. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses. Since we stayed during a winter month linens were not provided, which was a bit inconvenient having to pack sheets and towels for everyone. Overall, the place was good and we would consider staying here again.

Needed Rest

The rental property was very nice. My family thought it was a very beautiful home. We had a small issue and we reached out to the owner and they responded back in a short time. They only thing that I would suggest is for the cleaners to dust everything and sweep under the furniture. Something fell under a dresser and when I went to retrieve it I noticed a lot of dust and some trash. I would stay again.

Great accommodations for our large family

We had a family of 12 ranging from 16-78 years in age. The first floor accommodations were perfect for the grandparents with washer/dryer, bathroom and walk out to pool area. The kitchen dinning area was big enough for all of us to sit together for family meals. The outside shower was great for washing off after the beach. The house is beautifully decorated and the outside patio furniture is amazing. Such great quality. Any questions or issues we had which were minor were addressed quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ocean City who needs 5 bedrooms.

The only drawbacks were the third floor master bedroom siding door curtains were too small. Because of the curtains being too small the next door neighbors had a full view into the room. Also the cleaners didn't not do a good job. The bedrooms, bathrooms and the first floor patio were dusty. The bedsheets didn't fit the king size beds. Overall our experiences was excellent.
