About this property

Desert Pad for Large Groups & Families!

Welcome to our kid-friendly home away from home! Bring the whole family or your employees and colleagues here to relax. Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. Close to the sand dunes, Martinez Lake, and anything in Yuma or The Foothills. Enjoy lounging by the pool or an outdoor barbecue. You can also shoot some pool inside. Dine together with your large group or family indoors or out!
The space
Five dedicated sleeping spaces. Oversized sectional with pullout twin bed. Dedicated desk and work area in loft. Two massive dining tables indoors and outside. Grab the kitchen chairs for added seating for inside dining room! Full bathrooms are upstairs and downstairs with a half bathroom downstairs and another in the outside suite.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home with the exception of the closet under the stairs. That’s for our amazing cleaning team who meticulously prepared for your stay. You can absolutely use the garage. Additionally, you can park on the driveway and along the street!
Other things to note
You will find a few legacy electronic systems throughout the house (various in wall speakers, outdoor speakers and a couple tvs outside and in garage ). These are intentionally retired in place in an effort to reduce noise for our neighbors and simplify your stay. We want to continue to serve guests for the foreseeable future! Keeping our neighbors happy is vital. Please enjoy the tvs that are installed inside the home by using the volume on the remote. You are welcome to use the portable bluetooth speakers we left on the counter for your stay!
Pool cleaning is on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
To turn pool fountain on walk outside to the left toward the grass. Continue through the black gate immediately on your left is a box that says Pentair. Open it and then follow the labels in there! Please leave it closed and turn it off when you’re done!

Wow this place was great. Pictures didnt do it enough justice. Indoor and out door were fabulose. I needed more time to explore and enjoy the property. Great place we will be back.

Great stay for the family!

This is our second stay at this wonderful house, and I absolutely love it! It has everything you need to feel at home. The pool is a big hit with the kids and keeps them entertained when we’re not going out. The manager is very responsive and communicates quickly. I can’t wait to stay again next year!

The property was just as advertised. The bedroom suite accessed from outside was perfect for my mother in law. We traveled with out 1yo and the shallow spash pad with fish prints was perfect for him to join in on the fun. Highly recommend for familyies

Great Family Gathering House

We had 10 people stay at this house which was a combo adults and kids. Everyone had a comfortable bed with the 3 kids sharing some of the queen beds with parents. Nice, spacious, clean house. Lots of gathering areas inside and out. Nice street. Lots of parking. We hope we can rent again on future trips.

Great place for a family stay in Yuma

This property was great for our family while in Yuma. Large kitchen with a breakfast table for cooking family meals. Nice couch/TV area next to it. The front room with the dining room table and pool table was a good size for family meals. Beautiful master suite on the first floor. Nice bedrooms upstairs. Outdoor entertainment areas are fantastic. Kids and everyone loved the pool. Nice outdoor sitting area. Didn't use the fire table or outdoor kitchen due to the Yuma June heat but well laid out and would be fun. Kristie answered any questions promptly and was great to work with. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Are family enjoyed are stay at this house. The outdoor and indoor space was great for entertaining family. The host reached out to check on us, but there was no need to. Everything worked as it should. We will be back to Yuma in the the future and this house will be at the top of our list.

Really Nice Family Vacation Home

This property was exactly as pictured. The home was in a great area - very safe feeling neighborhood, grocery stores, CVS/Walgreens, Starbucks, etc. all within a few minutes drive. We have a 2 year old, and the pool fencing and home are very child friendly. Plenty of space for 3 cars in the driveway, and you can park on the street if you need more space. WiFi, hot water, beds, kitchen appliances, etc. all were great as well.

This property has a lot of room outside around the pool. Just the built-in grill area could seat a small party all by itself. The pool room, family room, and dining area are huge and loosely "connected", i.e. open floor plan. One of the bedrooms is only accessible from outside by the grill area, which is perfect when you don't want the early risers waking you up or the late talkers keeping you up. Max of 6 adults, unless you are willing to double up, and one of those 6 has to sleep in the family room which has no privacy. It would be hard to find a better place if you have that many adults. I

Yuma Stay

Our stay was good. Didn’t realize we wouldn’t be able to utilize the pool due to it being cold. When we asked about it, they said there is a heater on the pool, but too expensive to run. We didn’t get the choice to pay extra to heat it or not. I just don’t like that the advertise the house with a pool, and yet the don’t mention due to winter here pool may not to useable. But on a good note, the stove quit working and they went and bought a toaster oven to use in the meantime. Over all the house was beautiful, the owners were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to our friends and family.

Lovely home

This home is very nice. There was room to spread out but also room to visit in the kitchen/living room. My family loved the pool table and the outdoor seating/grill area. I loved the master bathroom’s tub! The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have some pantry staples available including coffee. We were disappointed that the pool was too cold to use but I was given a small refund without asking for it. I thought that was appropriate and I really appreciated the gesture. The pool looks very clean and was serviced twice while we were there. I imagine it’s lovely in summer time! This is a residential area with very close neighbors so keep that in mind if you have loud night owls in your group.

AMAZING HOST!!

We planned a stay in Yuma to be able to experience the summer heat in preparation for buying a home in the area. Out of several Vrbo homes, this one fit our needs the most. It's very large and accommodated my family perfectly. Unfortunately, Tropical Storm Hilary decided to try to put a damper on our time there, but even with bad weather, there was plenty to do inside. This home is very beautiful and very clean and provides you with everything you need to feel comfortable as if it was your own home and the host, Kristie, is the best. The communication between her and I was incredible, she answered any and all questions we had. This house is full of entertainment and comfort. I highly recommend this home/host to everyone! Thank you Kristie for making our stay enjoyable despite the weather conditions.
