Super Cute Condo 12: People Watching Downtown SAV

Adorable condo in a historic building right off Broughton Street. Steps from Leopold's ice cream and fine dining, shopping, bars and museums! Two bedrooms each with a King size bed.

Parking is either in public parking garages or on the public street. Metered street spots can be paid for via the Park Savannah App or getting a Day Pass from the City parking services office. Sundays are free on the street.

Great place and quiet

Great location within walking distance of River Street and many shopping and food locations. Beautiful park across the street and easy parking in the deck one block away. Quiet inside and limited noise from outside. Perfect size to relax and enjoy.

We had a wonderful girls weekend. This location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to experience. From the first time we stepped into the condo until we left we felt at home. It was so cute with 2 bedrooms, both with very comfortable king sized beds, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen was perfect too. We highly recommend this location.

Perfect location

This condo is the perfect amount of space for 4-6 people. It’s larger than it appears in the photos, is an excellent location to get to fun restaurants, shops and the river walk.

Great location!!

This property is quaint, clean, and cozy! And the location is great! We stayed for a long weekend, and parked in the parking garage that’s close by and walked to so many destinations! Thankfully we had amazing weather that allowed us to do that! I highly suggest booking an on/off trolley tour, as it has 15 stops. We would stay here again!

Perfect location

This condo is exactly where you want to be to walk to everything to do in downtown Savannah. The accommodations are comfortable and the kitchen has all you need. We parked in the deck next to the building and didn’t use our car again until we left Wednesday. We highly recommend this property and will be returning visitors.

Great location

Nice and comfortable. Was worried about the parking, but it was easy in the garage which is right next door. It said $20 a day for parking but they charged us $41 after leaving the car in there for 72 hours. It was clean and surprisingly quiet since the sidewalk was right outside the condo.

Great location, convenient parking options

Really enjoyed being right in the heart of the historic district and yet it was still quiet. Apartment was small but had everything we needed. It was modern and very clean. King sized beds were very comfortable with memory foam mattresses. Also, we really appreciated that the manager let us change our dates when one of us had a work issue come up. Highly recommend!

This was a really cute place and we highly recommend this 2BR condo. It is centrally located and an easy walk to great restaurants and shopping areas. The Clive Bar has the best mussels. Kitchen: new full sized appliances. Dishwashing soap and dishwasher pods provided. Parking: as described so no surprises! Remember 8am - 8pm you need to feed the meter. Download the app before you arrive. App is very easy to use. Consider adding non-slip rugs for safety. Keep the entrance codes with you at all times. One night we had difficulty getting in the front door and called the property manager. Jennifer was quick to respond and even came over to the place to make sure everything was ok.

Location is great and convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and the river walk. Easy walk to Forsyth Park. So much to see in the area. Apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Just a little too much light for us. We live in the country and we're used to the dark.But we loved everything about our visit to Savannah. We will be returning.

Cute home with Great Location

This is a great location for all tourist things in the Historical District. Close to the River and close to all things south on Drayton & Whitaker. Home was clean, and fit the Historical area with decor and upkeep of home.

The place was the perfect size and very comfortable. The beds are huge and could probably fit three people comfortably. Every room had a fan which allowed us to keep the rooms at comfortable temperatures for different people. The place was clean and well stocked. None of the stocked amenities (shampoo, soap, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) were the standard cheap quality they were all better quality. The communication before checking in and after checking out was thorough. The location is close enough to walk to almost anywhere you want to go in Savannah so you shouldn't need a car. However it's far enough away to allow for a quiet night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and would gladly stay here again myself!

Loved this location, very close to my daughters apartment and all the shops on Broughton. The building was beautiful and the tenants super friendly. Almost always parking nearby too!
