Welcome to our newly remodeled and professionally designed home located just minutes from Downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens, Bucs Stadium, Armature Works and walking distance to ZooTampa! Enjoy this cozy space with plenty of natural sunlight, a full kitchen, laundry, string-lit backyard patio with lawn games, and designated parking. Ideal for a family getaway, couples vacation, or a girls/guys weekend - it's your new home away from home!

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1400 sq ft. home is located in a cozy, quiet suburban neighborhood just minutes from downtown Tampa! This house has everything you need for a wonderful visit to Tampa Bay. Comfortable gel bamboo mattresses, 100% cotton 680tc linens, a full stainless steel kitchen stocked with all the tools you need, (4) Samsung 4K Smart TVs, Samsung front-load washer & dryer and of course fast WiFi! The backyard patio with string lights, lawn games and comfortable seating is the perfect way to end your evenings while visiting Tampa.

* Walking distance to ZooTampa & Lowry Park.
* 10-15 minutes to Downtown Tampa, Bucs Stadium, Armature Works, Historic Ybor City, Busch Gardens, USF, Moffitt Center, Adventure Island & Amalie Arena.
* 18 minutes to TPA Airport.
* 45 minutes to famous Clearwater Beach & St. Pete's Beaches.

This house has a max capacity of 6 people. We do not allow any unregistered visitors or guests. Guests will sleep comfortably with the following sleeping arrangements - (2) King and (2) Queen beds. A Pack N' Play is also available for your needs.

* Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen Bed
* Flex Room - 1 Queen Murphy Bed (This room can be converted from a dining room to a bedroom as you choose).

Starter Nespresso Vertuo coffee pods are provided, along with tea and sugar. Spices and cooking oil make preparing your own meals easy. Publix grocery store and Walmart are less than 6 minutes away.

Two designated parking spots right outside the backyard entrance along with a smart keypad entry give you easy access at all times of the day.

Samsung front loader washer and dryer are located in the Flex Room closet along with starter laundry pods.

Central Air system keeps the house cool in the summer months and quickly heats the space on colder days.

Golf trip

The house was clean and the check in process was seamless. The pictures online matched up with what we walked into. The location for 3 guys just staying 2 days for a golf trip was fine, however I could see a group of girls or a family with little kids being a little out of place. Never felt unsafe but the overall neighborhood was a little rundown. Only complaint would be that none of the tv’s would connect to any platforms available. We used the house as place to sleep and that’s it. Overall, it fit ours needs for this trip.

Home away from home

This house was wonderful. It felt very clean and comfortable the second we walked in. It was in a good location and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Simply Perfect

This property has everything you need and more down to the little details. Beautifully furnished. The host is very responsive and helpful. We chose this property due to its proximity to Moffitt and it was perfect for our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

House was great, but neighborhood wasn't what we expected.

The house was very well done and clean. The beds were comfortable and the house was well equipped. The host was quick to respond when we had questions as well. The location was not what we were expecting. The homes in the neighborhood had bars on the windows and we didn't feel safe entering or leaving the house after dark. I wasn't familiar with Tampa when I booked and had no idea what to expect. I wish the house was located in a different area.

Home away from home!

This home is a gem! Such a clean and comfortable place- my parents, sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the coziness of the house for some R and R together. Safe, quiet neighborhood. A lot of good restaurants in the area. Quick drive downtown and not far from St Pete’s Pier. Luxurious linens and towels, very comfortable beds and pillows, absolutely great decor, great amenities and good stock of necessary items like garbage bags and tp! Owner was very kind in her communications and very easy check in/check out process. 15 mins to airport. This is a must stay home!
