The welcoming front porch invites you inside where you’ll find 3 lovely bedrooms, 1.5 baths, large family room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with deep freezer, hardwood floors, Central Air, 4 Smart Roku TV’s. Remove the sand after a fun full day at the beach by showering in the private enclosed shower and changing room located in the backyard of the home. Relax at night under the stars while roasting marshmallows over the backyards fire pit or fire up the grill to enjoy some wonderful BBQ !

We had such a wonderful stay that we already rebooked for next year!The home was clean, comfortable, and a perfect place to relax during our vacation. Everything was well maintained, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was great.One of our favorite little moments was spotting an adorable bunny hanging out in the backyard, which made the stay feel even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommend!

Spectacular place and very responsive owner! -Clean and well kept.-Lovely neighborhood, just the right size for our little family, and we appreciated having a bona-fide backyard for the kids. -Short drive to the beach, groceries, and target (for anything we forgot to bring lol). -Very reasonable price.

Very nice property, close in location to a lot of attractions and convenient shopping. Private driveway, wifi, good heating and cooling, nice furniture.Blinds in master bedroom do not work, and both toilets had issues during our stay.Overall great experience

Unfortunately this stay didn’t meet expectations. The property felt very dirty, and the bathroom and the rugs in the bedrooms in particular needed a deep clean. The silverware was flimsy and bent with normal use. We also couldn’t locate a can opener or cutting board. I reached out to the local manager about the can opener, but his response was that it should be in the kitchen and that was it, so we ended up needing to buy our own. The only bowls available were plastic and could not be put in the microwave. It’s unclear if a beach pass is included in the stay.

Vacation getaway

Property is nice and has plenty of room for a family to relax on vacation. Really close for convenience shopping and It is just over the bridge and you are on the island. Would recommend!

The AC was cold, the water was hot and plenty for our family of 5. One thing that we noticed was there were areas that looked as though they had not been cleaned for awhile. Crumbs, dirt and seeds between in the sofa cushions. The hood above the stove was sticky. I cleaned it off. The base of toilet didn't look as if it was wiped recently. When we opened the dishwasher the first time it was a bit messy on the door. There was a shade above the sink in the kitchen that didn't open properly because a cord was broken, and the shower curtain wore out towards the end of our stay. These things happen and you can't predict when they will and we were able to get by. Thankfully the important things that I first mentioned were working fine. The bathroom is a bit small, but I am a larger size. The towels, washclothes, were clean and a good supply. The bed sheets were clean also, and the queen bed was comfortable.

Great stay

House was modern, comfortable, clean and well kept inside. Owner was very pleasant helpful and responsive. We had a broken coffee pot and it was replaced within 2 days and a swim suit that was left behind was mailed back quickly. We will be back!

Convenient location to quick hop to OCNJ

We enjoyed the house, different than most rentals in OCNJ that have lots of stairs. Layout is quite open and the 3 bedrooms are in one aisle. A few things here and there to fix and touch up but overall a good alternative to OCNJ even if you have to take the car to go to the beach.

Amazing Stay!

The property was just as described in description and photos but the pictures don’t even do it justice. Absolutely stunning. Everything you could possibly need is provided except laundry soap but the host notified us in advance so we could be prepared. We did not utilize the outdoor area because we were too busy but hopefully next time. We will definitely be booking again. Perfect stay and perfect host!

Enjoyable place to stay

Overall this was a great place to stay. Location was conveniently located. Sleeping accommodations were also quite good. Couple of some recommendations would be to provide the same number of seats to eat as the number of people who can sleep there. Only four available chairs at the dinning room table and the house sleeps 8-10 people. Also add a few more pieces of cookware/tableware. Overall though, the house was perfect and a great alternative to renting a hotel room. Would happily stay there again.

Great location , good price , bad ac

House was great and in a great location, only complaint is the air condition was set on 78 and couldn’t be changed , with the oven on it got very hot in the house.

The Air conditioner is connected to a smart thermostat - I left a telephone contact number with the checkin instructions for any questions. Thermostat can easily be changed.

BayFest Weekend

A group of my family members, all adults rented the house for BayFest weekend, the house was very clean, perfect size for all of us, plenty of sleeping space, stocked with plenty of trashbags, toilet paper, shampoo, etc. The backyard was the perfect size, two of the chairs outside were broken, but we did bring camping chairs so there was enough seating. Location was perfect, and there is an ice cream place in walking distance, minutes away from the Bay, beach and good restaurants. Angelique was very helpful as well, check-in/check-out process was so easy. We would love to rent again!

Convenient Rental

If the weather is great and you're planning on being out more than in, this rental would be great. If you get stuck inside more than needed, as an 8 person listing you're probably going to feel cramped. As another review mentioned the house sleeps 8 but the table only sets 4. I (as a person who brought 8 people) also felt that a larger seating arrangement (sectional) in the living room would also be useful with some rearrangement in that area to actual accommodate people relaxing in there. And we had to move one of the bunkbeds back a little as if the trundle is open you have a hard time opening the door to the one room. I know its listed as a queen but.......it didn't feel like a queen sized bed as someone who has one. I definitely think a smaller family would find it more appealing but that's not on the host as a negative just current schematics of the rental layout
