Uptown features a variety of antique shops, local boutiques, cozy cafes, and art galleries, all adding to its distinct, eclectic vibe. The neighborhood is also home to some beautifully preserved historic homes and is favored for its scenic walking routes.
A lot of care was taken to maintain the historic charm of this circa 1900 home, with original pine floors, exposed chimney, high first floor ceilings, crystal chandeliers, crown moldings, the original coquina gated garden wall at the front entrance and the rear patio made of 100+ yr old brick. The home has also been fully modernized with central air, gourmet kitchen, three remodeled full baths, washer/dryer, and all new furnishings.

FIRST FLOOR:
The main living room has comfortable furniture, big screen TV and is complete with a 1920’s style bar with stools. The couch pulls out into a comfortable sofa bed for the ninth guest. The chef in your party will appreciate the gorgeous, updated and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, an expansive island for food prep, and bar seating for three. The appliances are top of the line with a Wolf gas range, subzero wine cooler, Keurig, and coffee pot. When it’s time to eat, gather in the formal dining room with plenty of seating for everyone.In addition to the main living space, the first floor boasts a ground-level master bedroom with en suite bath and four-post canopy queen-sized bed for those who don’t care to climb stairs.
SECOND FLOOR:
The second level master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The third bedroom boasts a beautiful balcony overlooking the front gardens and tree-lined street. The fourth bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and is adjacent to the home’s third full bathroom which includes a jetted tub.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The expansive front porch is so relaxing, with a couch, table, and chairs, as well as a comfortable swing for two. PARKING:
There is an alley that runs behind the home which provides access to a private driveway for 2-3 vehicles (depending on size). Street parking is also typically available, though not guaranteed.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There are a few non-negotiable rules:
-There is no smoking anywhere on the property.
-This is not a party house. Only registered guests can come to the home unless given prior permission. No parties or events of any kind.
-Outside quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
-There are absolutely no fireworks allowed at any time. This includes July 4th and December 31st.
-No pets
