What a wonderful property and great experience! :)
We were very impressed with the home. It was absolutely beautiful and very clean (and I am a neat freak!). The location was perfect for us, and we could walk to all the places we needed to get to in no time.
I had read in a former review that the neighborhood was a bit shady, but I didn't find that to be the case. The neighbors we met were friendly, too.
The kitchen is well equipped, and we had fun choosing our mugs/ bowls of the day (they had things printed on them, such as: Best day ever; balance etc.).
Tea and coffee were provided, as well as some kitchen staples.
The mattresses were very comfortable, even though the pillows (and duvet) weren't exactly what we would pick (not much substance and a bit lumpy/ 100% Polyester), but that just might be because we're from Europe and used to more natural fibers that breathe well and don't leave you either too hot or too cold.
The bathrooms and bedrooms were great, and we appreciated all the available storage space.
Kyle was an amazing host - so kind, so friendly, and so responsive. We had a little hiccup with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Unfortunately, we could give Kyle only brief windows of time in which he could come and fix it, since we stayed in St. Augustine for a wedding and had several obligations. But Kyle made it work, and repaired the fan in no time. (Kyle: It works perfectly now! Thank you SO much again!)
I can recommend this rental home (and host) wholeheartedly! We'll definitely come back. :)
