We loved this place! Great location in a cute, quieter neighborhood. It's just outside of main historic area but still very walkable. Everyone in our group said they would 100% stay again.

The perfect spot for a birthday weekend getaway. Within walking distance to downtown St. Augustine. Loved the lemon theme throughout. Or dog Sparky felt at home too.

This property is in a great location to walk downtown St. Augustine. It is very easy to get to a lot of the shopping, restaurants, and attractions. It is close to many beach access points, which many allow vehicles to drive onto the beach. The property is pet friendly, which is a big plus. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be located within walking distance to many of the restaurants and shopping available downtown, and the price is very competitive given it’s location.

Process for check in is smooth, clear instructions and fast responsiveness. We didn’t travel with pets, we chose to stay here due to proximity to downtown. Easy to find, and also great that parking is offered. We stayed in a bottom apt, if other guests are staying at the other apts, be prepared to be able to hear clearly their communication/steps (no complaints as everyone was respectful) .overall prices matched location, and it had everything to make stay comfortable.
