The hurricane made getting to the property very challenging, would have hoped the property would have been a little more flexible with check in and out times given the circumstances. Check out at 10am was a bit early for the money you are paying.

Room was everything as described. Clean, beautiful beach and pool view and check-in was easy. Master shower knob was a little confusing and outdated to use but not a big deal once you figure it out.

This condo has amazing views! It was the best part!!! 2 things that were disappointing. The kitchen was not as stocked as I would have hoped. There was not a single spice… not even salt or pepper. The property is a little older than expected for the price. The only reason I wouldn’t return is bc it’s such a long walk to the car, and the beach. The wait time for elevators was long at times. But,overall it was great experience and views were absolutely amazing!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the incredible views and had a great overall experience. For guest safety and sanitation, we do not stock consumable items such as spices, salt, or pepper. We also appreciate your comments regarding the property layout and elevator wait times, which are managed by the building/HOA. Thank you for choosing BEACHBALL PROPERTIES! 🌴☀️🏖️

Condo was the perfect size for our familyOf 4. We had 2 pack n plays in the second bedroom for the kids. The master bathroom could use a new showerhead but that’s about it! Very comfy king bed and amazing views of the ocean. Kids loved the splash pad and pool. Location couldn’t of been better.
