Located in a Very Quiet and Relaxing Family Neighborhood.

"ROOM w/ Private Bathroom", Reservations of more than 15 days will have access to other areas of the place for their own convenience and comfort such as: laundry & dryer, this is not provided by other temporary places, which is why my place is different, the bedroom is cozy and has everything you need, including your own private bathroom and free parking.. Very Safe Area, many restaurants, shopping areas and supercenters around (5-7min drive)

-NOT FOR EVENTS / PARTY / VIDEOS / SHOWS ANY DRUGS or SMOKE.
** Please keep in mind that you are ONLY renting the bedroom and its private bathroom, nothing else.
