The view takes your breath away...
This is such a cool property. As some have stated it could use a little updating, but it was clean and a great value. To me the most important rooms, bathroom and kitchen, have been updated and were very clean. The shower drain was a little slow.
The house is situated on a mountain top and the views are amazing. Laying in the master bedroom you feel like you are in the sky because of how high you are. The photos in the listing do no justice to how beautiful it is up there.
It is a little confusing to find the house the first time. There is a sign on the main road for the neighborhood. When you are going up the mountain switchbacks just follow what looks to be the continuous main road and you will get there no problem. Look for the big water tank and you will see the driveway. Heading up the driveway you feel like you are going to drive off a cliff but it flattens out to a perfect parking spot right in front of the pool.
We rented a Jeep from a local company (Google rental companies - it's half the cost of the airport rental and they provide a shuttle). A Jeep isn't necessary, but it was a much nicer ride on these crazy roads. Speaking of roads, Google Maps works perfectly, but the property address didn't come up. I found the property on Google Earth and tagged the location and navigated right there no problem.
This is a really cool property that has so much potential. Definitely recommend.
