The buildings of our simple yet impressive Biniforani Nou estate rise up on a spacious lookout that offers views of the Biniforani Valley, the Bay of Palma and the mountainous landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana.
The old buildings were renovated and extended with stately additions, which date from the beginning of the XX. Century. However, the original arrangement of the buildings around a stone-paved courtyard in traditional style, the so-called Clastra, has been retained and invites visitors to enter. In addition to the manorial main house, the estate is also equipped with various other buildings that were formerly used for agricultural purposes, such as the oil mill and the house in which the housekeepers lived.
These buildings have been recently modernized to offer our guests every comfort.
However, we have taken care to maintain the essence and the original charm of the old mansions and placed special emphasis on preserving the details that give the buildings their genuine and unique character.
The stately house has two spacious floors and has 8 double rooms, all of which face outwards and are equipped with their own bathroom, as well as a TV with satellite TV, spacious corridors, several living areas, a dining room, a kitchen and a laundry - and work space. All rooms are spacious, cool and flooded with light and offer a relaxed intimate atmosphere.
In the outdoor areas of the Biniforani Nou holiday house, there are various areas where you can relax, an outdoor dining area, a barbecue grill and a large pool with a sun terrace that offers a wonderful view.
