Situated on a canal within walking distance of Jamaica Beach, this sun-kissed three-bedroom home features a gorgeous private pool, a pool spa, and a firepit. Take romantic walks along the shoreline, then come home and spread out on the sectional to stream a good ballgame or your favorite show on TV. You'll love the burnished floors, coastal decor, and open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and an eight-seat dining area. There is also picnic bench seating down at the boat slip for enjoying alfresco meals.

The kids will have a blast swimming in the private pool while you rejuvenate in the pool spa, and there is lots of lavish deck seating for sunbathing in comfort. Additionally, there are three TVs outside! Make use of the provided tandem kayak, standup paddleboard, surfboard, or boogie boards and explore the open water. When evening falls, gather around the firepit toasting s'mores and stargazing, then wind down with a challenge with the home's game system. Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer add convenience during your stay.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
