The upstairs is not connected to the ground level by an interior staircase. There will not be a lack of entertainment at this property! The downstairs bar and serving area will make delivering drinks and appetizers to your friends and family feel like you are a Las Vegas VIP host! Of course, we did not forget about the kids. Along with the pool and bunk bed layout, you have the easy hookup capability for any game console.

The property is only a short distance to the sandy beaches. As well as other attractions including Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and countless waterfront and in-town restaurants. Reel Paradise awaits you!


JAMAICA BEACH

Jamaica Beach Texas is one of the most popular beaches and sought after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals – what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays and event weekends! Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), and but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street). Jamaica Beach also has it’s own community pool and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin, a community pavilion and playground.

This home is pet-friendly. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Ryson’s 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.


EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.
