As soon as you arrive all you’ll want to do is put on your swimsuits and jump into the fully enclosed heated pool. Since Sunny Daze is a private home, you can swim anytime, night or day! The large pool deck gives way to an expansive covered patio with a table for dining alfresco and a sitting area that’s perfect for evening cocktails after a day of golf or boating. There’s even a gas grill outdoors for cooking steaks or that fish you’ll catch on your fishing charter. Best of all, even your dog is welcome at Sunny Daze! When it comes to entertainment, this majestic home is unbeatable. There is a pool table, indoor and outdoor games for the kids to enjoy on the lawn, WiFi, and an HDTV with Roku and streaming services at your command for family movie night, and so much more! As an added perk, all guest bedrooms have private TVs.

The primary bedroom is a true retreat with a king-size bed, TV, and private access to the patio and pool for a midnight swim or final cocktail. There’s also a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. You’re just a short drive to beautiful Flagler Beach and Bing’s Landing, but you may prefer to spend most of your time in Sunny Daze, the perfect getaway in Florida!

THINGS TO KNOW
Two dogs max. Dogs not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English -Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, -Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
