Spectacular Ocean-View Home /1 minute walk to beach

This is a 3 story custom home in a beautiful hammock of beach homes. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a wonderful bonus room with spectacular ocean views. There are many rooms in this home with great ocean views. There is a 2-car garage with partial area set up for lounging. It is located 300 ft from the ocean.
We have provided boogie boards, paddle boards, bikes and lots of beach Toys for the little ones. There are beach umbrellas and several beach chairs for lounging on the beach.

The Orlando theme parks are an easy 1.5 hour drive away. All the Disney Parks, Sea World, and Universal Studios just to name a few.

Daytona is just 1/2 hour south for all the Nascar race fans.

Jacksonville's World Golf Village is 45 minutes North of this home.

There is a wonderful boat ramp a short 2 miles down A1A on the intracoastal waterway called 'Bing's Landing' There 's no charge for launching your boat and there is a nice picnic area as well as, fishing, playground. and restuarant.

The Country's 'Oldest City'- St. Augustine is less than 1/2 hour away. There are many Historic sites to see. In addition, this is a wonderful place to enjoy dinner and a movie, or a live theatre show.

A short 3 miles from this home is ' Marineland', the nation's oldest dolphin observatory where you can swim with the dolphins. There are 90 acres of sea preserve to explore.

Beach Relaxing after 4 days of Universal and Disney

Needed some down time after being at amusement parks for 4 days. This is a perfect location with easy beach access and quiet neighborhood. This is our 3rd time staying and have enjoyed it every time.

Perfect family beach getaway!

Had the best time at this home for a week at the beach with family. Kitchen had all utensils and amenities you could ever need. Plenty of beach toys for kids (& adults, lol) to have fun at beach. Grocery stores and restaurants close by if you don’t wanna go far and just be a beach bum! Thanks Rhonda for a great family vacation.

Moody Rd House

This was a great location, easy access and extremely comfortable location. I would highly recommend this property for family vacations. Property owner is very informative and great to work with. I hope I can stay here again and will look for this property first.

Great getaway

My wife and I enjoyed our stay! The beach house is in a great location, steps away from the beach where there is lots of room to roam! The house was clean, well-stocked with all the essentials to make our stay feel like home! The owner was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We would like to stay here again when we make it back to Palm Coast.

Short Getaway

Our 2nd time staying here. Enjoy the location and the house. Rhonda is quick to respond to needs. Easy access to a quiet and nice beach. Close to Daytona and St. Augustine.

Nice Beach House

Rhonda was an excellent host, her beach house is fully equipped with everything from beach chairs, sun screen, bikes, sup boards to cook ware. This beach house is about 4 houses from the beach with ocean views from several rooms.

Loved the comforters on beds, beach was quiet with lots of sand even at high tide, many shells can be found, even found a sand dollar. House was great with a lot of room, the most well stocked rental I have been to. Bings landing just down the road was great, went there several times to fish and play, hope to return soon.

Beach House Vacation

The house was great, location is great, Rhonda was great and accomodating. We stayed with our 5 children and had a great time. Easy walk to the beach, which was never crowded and so convenient to not have to pack up in the car to drive to a beach. The house was well equipped and the beach wagon was awesome for hauling the beach gear back and forth. The publix is 5 minutes away and very convenient. Would definitely recommend this rental and would love to come back if we get the chance.

october vacation

We were very satisfied with our Vacation Rental property on Moody Dr in Palm Coast Florida. Rhonda texted us Saturday morning to let us know the house was ready and we could get in early and even called us to make sure everything was OK . The house is set up very well. Lot's of kitchen items for you to cook at the house if you choose to. The ocean view from the upstairs is great. We definitely felt at home there. The house was very clean and the bed and furniture were comfortable. There were beach chairs and a beach wagon to take your things to the beach, in all the houses we have rented before we had to bring our own, needless to say this year we didn't even unpack ours!We look forward to returning next year! So Much More Than I Expected & The Most Beautiful Memories Made

This place was perfect for our family. I only wish that we could've stayed longer. The place had everything for the beach and was packed with more than expected. We didn't need to make an order and spend alot of extra money on beach supplies as the house was fully equipped with more than enough for our family. We were able to order delivery from Walmart, Doordash. Kids loved the Five-star Pizza which delivered the largest pizza that we've ever seen at a very reasonable price. There are many restaurants nearby. The ocean was perfect in the afternoon and wasn't crowded at all. We felt so safe. We loved the style of the furniture and decor. Watching the sunrise in the morning from the 2nd floor is a view that I'll never forget. The beach was different in a neat way. If you like seashells, this is the beach for you! You can visit Washington Oaks State Park that' just about a 15 minute walk up the beach. To top it off, my sister got married on the beach by the house. The pictures were stunning. I hope we get to make it back one day. I would certainly book a much longer vacation here again!

family vacation

We had a wonderful time. house was nice, very close to the beach, we didn't have to pack lunches. AC worked great. decks are a nice feature. Neighborhood was great for morning walks and bikes were a plus to ride around too. Grocery shopping not too far from the house. Would definitely recommend. Accommodated 5 adults and 1 four year old nicely. Would like to have seen nicer outdoor furniture. it was run down and rusty. all and all, a good time.

Wonderful getaway

We came down to celebrate a 16th birthday and go to the pirate museum in St Augustine. This house was perfect for us and 5 kids. They had everything you could need and were very responsive to any questions! We are already trying to plan a time we could come down again.

This location was chosen by my Mom, who was able to see the beauty and the serenity this community offers. People are warm and welcoming. Watching the sunrise over the ocean in the early morning will surely renew your spirit in all that is beautiful and magical. With so many world class attractions a stones throw away, you feel as though you have your own private resort home in this beautiful community of beach homes.

What makes this property unique

We love all the water sports close at hand. We also love to go into St. Augustine to enjoy dinner or browse the historic sites and shops. Hiking and biking along the many trails of coastline are a favorite pastime as well. Although the home is located about 300 ft. from the ocean, the Intra-coastal Waterway is within a short walk or bike ride.
