You will get to enjoy this newly renovated home close to downtown Jonesboro. It is a 3 Bedroom 2 bath home with all appliances and a full size washer and dryer. It is 12 minutes from St. Bernard Medical center and NEA Baptist Hospital. The home is set up for the traveling professional with high-speed internet and an office area. It is also in close proximity to Nestle, Tyson and Post factories. Quiet Neighborhood and fenced backyard.
A starter pack of laundry detergent, toiletries, and dishwasher detergent are in your unit when you arrive, so you'll have time to go shopping after you are refreshed and relaxed.

Pet fees are $200 nonrefundable pet fee max 2 pets and $40 per month pet rent, any damages caused by pets will be charged above and beyond this.

a 'home' away from home.

Great house. As described. Had a lovely time with family, and able to visit with additional family who live in the area. Supplied with basic needs- linens, dishes, pots, and pans, so we could feel "at home" in this home away from home. Washer and Dryer a big plus, as well as a nice yard for the children to play outside.

Christmas fun

My family if 5 stayed in Jonesboro for Christmas. This property had a fun kitchen and it was a great stay. Great communication and no issues. Easy to find and surrounded by everything you need.
