This special 2 bed / 1 bath property is nestled in a gorgeous forest in the middle of South Middle River. When you stay here, it feels so quiet and peaceful that you won't even realize you're so close to all the amazing attractions Fort Lauderdale has to offer. The best beach is just 10 mins away, fun Wilton Manors is 3 mins away, Downtown Las Olas with its amazing bars and restaurants are 8 mins away. This place has it all, trust me! The space The house has plenty of space, a dedicated dining room, a large, comfortable TV in the living room, and striking original photography from the owner all over the home. The back yard is large and lush, perfect for a nice family BBQ. Guest access The home is completely private, so guests have access to all of the home and its amenities. Other things to note Pack n Play and high chair are available upon request Some pets allowed - There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two or more pets. TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you?ll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you?ll be able to stream to the TV. You?ll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don?t provide streaming app accounts. DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. IF YOU DO, YOU'LL BE FINED $1500 FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES. No parties or gatherings greater than 15 people. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside. No loud music after 9PM.

This is a sweet and beautiful spot with a gracious and attentive host. The home is clean with nice touches to keep you comfortable. The backyard is gorgeous and quiet. My husband and I would return if we travel through again.
