Warning!!! This place has 1 bedroom with a very hard queen size bed, and one pull out sofa in the living room/kitchen area (that is tiny) that has a bar that cuts into your back. There is no table and chairs to sit down to eat and there is barely any room there. The neighborhood is bad! My husband was asked several times if he wanted drugs and my step dad saw homeless people everywhere. They walked around and saw a homeless guy with his pants down sleeping on a bench. It was too late to find a place for everyone or we would not have stayed here. This was absolutely horrible. There is no closet, it is just a cut out in the wall and the one AC is completely broken. (I know they tried to talk this down in other reviews but my step dad does maintenance for a living and that AC froze up and condensates all over the floor. It is BROKEN). There are cameras and the back yard is nice but outside of that this place was absolutely horrible. You will regret not paying 50-100 more to be somewhere safer and more comfortable. Mostly this ad is completely misleading. Making it seem like you get enough room for people to stay here. This is only enough room for a couple with maybe young kids but I would never bring young kids to this neighborhood. The kitchen/living room is maybe the size of a bedroom and it has to be where the other 2 people sleep in this place. It does not work!!! Do not stay here unless you absolutely have no other choices!

Very cozy and quiet clean place

Me and my girlfriend stayed in this cozy home for 14 days during the Holidays. Very clean, everything you need is all there and organized. Nice big backyard and private parking. Thanks again and would recommend

Not what we expected

Unit was extremely hot and ac was off upon arrival. Very poor description of property , floors were sticky and location was not in a good area. Very loud traffic and neighbors. Back yard was not enjoyable due to so many bugs and uncut yard.

Nice place...Neighborhood not so nice

The duplex was nice and clean. The backyard is big and fenced in but there was broken glass in the yard. Not in a nice neighborhood! There are two all male group homes across the street. The sheriff knocked on the door at 8am looking for someone. This place is not 5-10 minutes away from everything more like 30 minutes. Not a kid friendly place.
