Cozy and clean

The place was very cozy but just enough for three people. It was very clean, and the ac was great. There were enough towels in the bathroom, but there were no bedsheets or bedding for the couch bed. However, we made due.

Super Property!

I was very impressed with the quality of this property. The interior design, furnishings, appliances, cleaning products were all top notch and the photos did not do it justice. Check in was easy and the owner was available for any questions that I had. The immediate area itself does not have anything in walking distance (beyond some small stores to purchase basic necessities), so be prepared to have a rental car or use Uber/Lyft to get to any FT Lauderdale attractions and notable businesses/restaurants. If you are using Uber/Lyft, the area is a bit of dead zone for cell/data signal, so tell your driver if they are having difficulty with interacting with their system, that it will self correct when they have driven a couple of blocks away. The WiFi in the apartment is strong and reliable though, so no concerns there. As this is a new property there were some things that I shared with owner to make it go from great to perfect. Those being dimmer switches in all the areas of the apartment so you can chose the intensity of light you want (the light during day in the space is great!), lamps in the bedroom so you don't have to get out of bed to turn off the light, more extension cords/outlets adapters (near the bed), a place in the shower stall itself to place soap, shampoo, etc., ice cube trays and wine/bottle cap opener. If the adjacent apartment is using their television you can hear it, so while it was not bad, I would suggest any light sleepers bring earplugs. Let me stress again that I really enjoyed my time at this property and I totally recommend it!
