Host is very responsive. Hot tub and property was very nice. Loved being able to bring our pups. The only down side was it could have been a little more clean and the game room swept or blown out.

As i told the owner, if anything the listing doesnt do the house justice. Everything we could possibly ask for was at our fingertips. The kids LOVED the game room almost as much as i enjoyed the hot tub! Owner was exceptionally responsive and made every step in the process extremely easy. Would HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area!

Great place to take your teens!

Stayed here for 6 days, loved the house it was nicely updated and very clean. Came with just the right amount of imenities for a comfortable stay. Beds were amazingly comfy! We had 3 teens and a 9 y/o and 2 dogs with us, plenty of space and activities for all!

The property had some nice features, but unfortunately our experience did not match the cleanliness and condition suggested by the listing.The biggest concern was the hot tub, which is advertised as a major feature. The water became cloudy, and I ended up having to remove and spray off both filters myself. I also had to purchase sanitizer and add it to the tub. After using it, two people in our group developed significant rashes. We cannot medically prove the hot tub caused them, but the timing and condition of the water were very concerning.The house also had a noticeable musty smell, and the bedding and towels smelled stale rather than fresh. The deck and outdoor furniture were aged, and the picnic table was broken. The advertised game room was very dusty and dirty, so we did not use it at all.There were positives: the snacks and treats were a nice touch, the kitchen was well stocked, the internet worked well, and there were TVs in all the rooms.Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance issues outweighed the positives for us.

Great stay

Such a peaceful drive to the property. Very quiet neighborhood. Home was extremely clean and relaxing. The beds were so comfy and the back deck was a great place to relax.

Great Getaway

The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Having two bathrooms was nice! The hot tub was a great addition! The host was quick to respond to inquiries about local amenities.

Great property!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our time at this location. The house was spotless and the owner was very interactive with any questions we had. Also easy, beautiful back roads trip to Mammoth Caves. Did some fishing in the river as well!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was on the rough river with a very peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed the quite and the outdoors. Being able to make a campfire and roast marshmallows was a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed using the hot tub. The game room was nice but could have been even more impressive if the floor had been swept and the games wiped free of dust. We visited Mammoth Cave and it was about an hour and 15 minutes from the house a nice enjoyable drive and a way to experience the rural parts of Kentucky. We had a Dollar General about 10 minutes away which was very convenient. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect location.

Great stay for a last minute getaway! House is well stocked with everything you need. Host was quick with check in details and we were able to access the house with no troubles. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. Could use a big fan in the game room but opening the doors provided a little breeze.

This is a manufactured home in a hilly remote area. The Kitchen and living space were good and very comfortable beds. The garage was awesome for our 7 year old grandson. The ho t tub was nice but a set of jets didnt work. Overall, a great family friendly home is a scenic area.
