Take an early morning stroll or bike ride (bike rental available from owner) & enjoy the nearby bay, or sound of the beach, 1 mile away. Wander around town and head back for a morning coffee at this chic-home with cozy bedroom, desk, WIFI and fire TV. and small fresh and relaxing private patio. Cyclists paradise!

Why they chose this property
Imperial Beach is the coolest, coziest town. Its close to everything and its a beach town with the perfect weather. Breweries, bike and jogging trails as well as good eats, makes this town a perfect place for me.
What makes this property unique
My homes are set in a good, quiet neighborhood. Just 1 mile walk and you are at the beach. Just 1 block away and you are at the bay path which takes you to Coronado on bike or on foot. Just 1 mile southwest, you can enjoy the beautiful estuary with bike offroad trails and beautiful scenery.
