The giraffe house was a perfect spot for our family visit. It offered 2 beautiful outside areas, as well as everything we needed to prepare meals and comfortably hang out inside. It was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive, I would highly recommend staying here.

Pleased with our choice to stay at the Giraffe House

Our stay at the Giraffe House was a very enjoyable one. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished quite well. We were very impressed by our host and her home, and we do intend to stay there again if we’re ever in the San Diego area. We are a family of four and this was a perfect fit for us.

Great house, supper cute and clean, location is a little tough if you're looking for it in the dark as it's behind another house, but didn't cause too many issues. We had our dog with us and it was great for him too! The back yard is well contained and I didn't need to worry at all. Beds were comfy and so we're the sofas. Kitchen was well equipped. Check in and check out were super easy.

Easy with our 3yr old

Stayed here with our 3 year old, who loved eating outside and running around the fenced backyard. It’s a 15 minute walk from a great playground as well. The property was as described: clean, quiet, safe. Maricarmen was also a great host: clear, timely communication.

Great accommodations for family vacation

The Giraffe House provided perfect lodging for a little family vacation over Christmas. The property was clean and comfortable, and it was clear the owner has put effort into maintaining and updating the rental. We found the kitchen and linens to be well stocked, adding to the homey feel. Maricarmen communicated needed information regularly and responded promptly to questions. If in the area we would stay at this property again.

Very enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment was cozy and quiet. After long days exploring San Diego, it was nice to come back to a spot to relax. The host was friendly and attentive. And checked on us to make sure we checked in and out safely. Because we have family who live in San Diego, we will be visiting often. I will definitely recommend to other family members and hope to stay again outselves.

Giraffe house

all the comfort of home but we missed the lack of cable network for watching live football and hockey.. Very nice interior theme with giraffe cuteness throughout.
