About this property

Secluded Cabin - Peace and Quiet with a view!

This open concept, modern cabin is perfectly nestled in a quite, secluded spot which is ideal for your next getaway. At this cabin, you will find a peaceful running mountain creek and breathtaking views paired with all the most modern amenities. Located in the White mountains, only minutes from I-93 provides you with ample opportunity to spend your day visiting local swimming holes, skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking and hiking since Franconia Notch, Kancamagus Highway, Waterville Valley, Loon, and Cannon resorts are all less than a 30 minute drive! Visit the local breweries, food spots and entertainment.
The space-
Beginning with a large front porch with a one-of-a-kind view, you will step into a radiant heated living space. The open concept layout with large windows provides an excellent view of the beautiful woods. The gas fireplace will keep you extra toasty during those cold winter days. Sink into a leather chair with a favorite book and a warm beverage to relax. No feature was overlooked in this carefully constructed cozy cabin that you will not want to leave (but you must!). Complete with a large kitchen that sports a gas stove, refrigerator, deep sink and banquet style island; there is plenty of space to cook your favorite meal. The bedroom is a quiet, private room separated from the open concept area. The cabin is a perfect get-away per numerous reviews from past guests on another rental site!
Guest access-
The cabin is secluded with access via a large farm gate. There is plenty of parking.
Other things to note-
The road to the cabin is a county maintained road; however, this road is steep and we recommend four wheel or all wheel drive vehicles for easiest access. (We have not had any vehicles [2 wheel, four wheel, front wheel nor all wheel] to date not be able to access the cabin.)

Please ensure the number of guests on the reservation is accurate. We do not allow more guests than listed on the reservation to stay at the property. House rules will be strictly enforced.

Please come stay and enjoy!

Great place with a couple caveats for people who plan on staying for more than a couple days .

Pro:-Very clean place , quiet and can probably be very beautiful in the summer . The fireplace is a nice feature in the winter - Close to Waterville skiing Con-lack of WiFi and remote location doesn’t allow good quality for hot spotting . So if you plan on working remotely while staying in this location it would be very challenging as it was for me .- while the description states you can hotspot the smart TV it doesn’t allow you to do that when you try to set it up . But there are some DVDs you can watch . We caught up on the Harry Potter series !- the host requested you to take your trash bag when you leave which is very challenging if you have a fully packed car .

Awesome Winter Ski Stay

This place was great! our family of four stayed 4 nights. We skied nearby and came home to this cozy and clean house with a modern kitchen and relaxing feel. The fire pit, the view, the gas stove in the living room, the amenities...all were spot on. We will definitely try come back next winter!

Hidden gem

Beautiful place to stay, a perfect getaway! Very spacious and modern cabin, kitchen well equipped, living room with big windows allowing you to enjoy beautiful scenery all time. I enjoyed very much sipping coffee in the morning on the porch, sun shining into my face, nothing around but trees, just peace and quiet. There is also a fireplace and grill area, you must bring your own wood (don’t waste your money buying wood on gas station like we did, there was a lot of places around selling wood for much more reasonable price 🙂). The location is great, a lot of hiking trails nearby. I’d recommend to visit local breweries (for example The Dam Brewery), the owner also provided a lot of useful information before our arrival. I’d love to come back in winter… it might be pricey for a longer period of time but it’s all worth it.

From Florida to New Hampshire

Beautiful brand new cabin. Obviously finished very recently. Very spacious. Owner was kind enough to put a portable AC unit in before we arrived due to abnormally high temperatures. Kitchen well equipped. Washer/Dryer and WiFi were not available for guests staying there. These items are available for the homeowner. I must mention they also were not listed as amenities on rental listing. I obviously over looked this. First VRBO we rented without these items. A must have when traveling with kids. Overall very nice stay. Very central location to travel to all sights.

We love the outdoors and this little spot in the White Mountain region. My wife and are are both avid adventurers and travel extensively. New Hampshire has always been our getaway with the four seasons of activities. We are glad to be able to share our little slice of heaven with you. Please enjoy.

Why they chose this property

At our cabin you will be able to relax and unwind. Whether it is a spring morning with the mist on the field or a snowy winter day sitting by the fire place enjoying the view out of the large windows. Sit back and grill out while enjoying the fire pit. Gaze at the stars and count the satellites racing across the night ski. Be prepared for wildlife such as deer, turkey, fox and if you are lucky moose.
