The space

Welcome to your chic urban escape! This newly renovated space exudes modern charm and functionality. The open-concept layout invites you into a bright and airy living area complete with a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The kitchen boasts quartz countertops, contemporary white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods for your morning brew.

The unit has 2 full beds and a couch. The bathroom features contemporary fixtures and new subway tile surround. Washer dryer located in basement (coin operated).

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire first-floor unit, providing privacy and convenience. Additionally, a private back deck awaits, offering a tranquil spot to unwind amidst the city buzz. Parking available in the driveway.

To maintain a peaceful environment, we utilize noise monitors to ensure our neighbors' comfort. We welcome furry friends for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet, making it easier for you to bring your beloved companions along for the trip.

Really nice historic place with awesome views of the city. We loved our stay. The place is super clean and tastefully decorated. The location is great - so close to the city but up on the hill and quiet. When we arrived we were in fact greeted by six deer in the yard. So special. The host is extremely responsive and making sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend.
