This condominium is located inside a gated complex with private boardwalk to beach and within walking distance to The Saint Simons Village area. There you can find shops, restaurants, casino, swimming pool, putt putt course and the light house museum. This condominium has two bedrooms one with a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. There is a patio with ocean views. This condominium is sure to be a vacation favorite for you and your family for years to come.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am NO exceptions. Please do not arrive at the property early. We have cleaning staff and other employees trying to prepare the property for your arrival. All guests that arrive prior to 4:00pm or check out later than 10:00 am will be charged one additional night.
