Mother/Daughter Birthday Trip

My Daughter and I had a birthday get away! What a fabulous time in St Simons and what a lovely condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying a cocktail. You cannot beat the location as you are within walking distance to everything! Jerry is amazing and very accommodating. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay - walk to many of the sights and restaurants in downtown St SimonThe leaf blowing starts early in the am - nice alarm clock effect so you join the whole day

The perfect get away vrbo

Amazing location, very spacious, loved the full bathrooms, very clean, kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, and basic cookware. Parking was easy, patio was beautiful on a nice day. Sound bar was great. 10/10 would come back.

Beautiful Property - Great Location!

If you're going to St. Simons and want to be in the perfect location, you need to stay here. The property is beautiful and very well decorated and maintained. We enjoyed sitting on the wrap-around balcony each evening, having drinks, and watching the crowd in the downtown village area. People would walk by & say to us "what a great spot to be in" and we couldn't agree more. The property owner was friendly and made sure we got checked in okay and offered suggestions on things to do or places to eat. We will definitely be back and this is will be our "go to" location for accommodations.

Mallery St. rental in SSI

The location of the rental was perfect with a balcony overlooking Mallery St. with lots of shops, restaurants and people watching ability. The amenities and furnishings were exceptional, tasteful and comfortable. Every detail was attended to! Stay here if you have the opportunity to visit St. Simons Island in Georgia.

Perfect for us!

Great location! Beautiful decor. Well stocked kitchen. We just happened to stay the week of a huge ice storm so we did not get to enjoy the lovely balcony but we did enjoy people watching from the spacious living room. Jerry was super helpful and communication was great! Would definitely stay again. As some other guests mentioned, there are a lot of stairs and the living area is sunken so if mobility is an issue, this would not be the place for you. For us it was perfect and very quaint!

Great rental unit in a great location!

Title says it all. This was a great vacation rental with a great location in the heart of SSI. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants, pier/waterfront, and lighthouse/beach. Property was clean and communication with owner was good. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Condo at the Center of St. Simons

Great little find at the heart of St. Simons for an extended weekend for me and my husband! Beautifully decorated! We loved sitting on the porch, morning and evening, to people watch and sip on coffee and cocktails! Gerry was very quick to answer any questions, offered suggestions, and was simply a pleasure to have as a host! Will definitely come back!

Great Times in St. Simon

The place was just as the pictures and description described but even better. We loved the corner balcony where we could sit and people watch. It is perfectly located in the heart of the downtown area. Restaurants, shops, entertainment and the beach were just steps away. The parking was convenient and accessible with no issues at all. The communication with the owner was spot on. It was absolutely perfect and we will definitely be back again.

Lovely place to explore St Simons

A really nice and well appointed property in the heart of downtown St. Simons. The place has a historic feel yet is blended well with contemporary furnishings and other appointments. Really nicely done. There is nightlife across the street on the weekends and stays lively pretty late. The balcony is a lovely place to watch the action.

The best on the island

If I could rate above 5 I would. This property checks all the boxes. Clean, well equipped, comfortable, excellent location, hot and great pressure shower, walking distance to a lot of attractions, easy check in and access, great host communication, and the list goes on. I would highly recommend this condo and will recommend it to family and friends. Very very well done and very nice!

We enjoyed this property so much. It was a delightful surprise when we walked in the door. Just charming. Well appointed, superb location on the main village street. Walkable to all sorts of adventure and eating! Great communication with property owner. Small maintenance issue was resolved quickly. Thank you!

Location, location, location

Beautifully decorated, well stocked-everything you need. We never drove anywhere which was super. Location is both perfect and imperfect. In the heart of the restaurant and shops district, the noise levels were high from semi delivery trucks and garbage pick up starting at dawn to last call revelry after 1 am outside on the street below. Not every night but surprisingly so on week days when we stayed. The vehicle traffic below the front was constant until late and the balcony air was not pleasant due to idling vehicles and noxious golf carts. A beautiful old building, there are long, steep entrance stairs and the unit living area is four steps down from rest of space- not obvious from the photos. But the host is outstanding and responded to questions quickly and was super accommodating. So, again, this great place’s best and worst attribute is it’s location. If you like convenience and being in the heart of the action, this is the perfect spot. A quiet getaway place, it’s not. Our goal was to check out SSI and we did! From the center of everything everywhere all at once!

great Weekend Trip

This location is awesome. It is an up to date property with easy access to downtown restaurants and events. The owner was in contact with us through out the stay to make sure we were taken care of during our stay.

Great Place !

This home was super nice and even better than the pictures portray. Check in and check out was a breeze and Jerry was great with communication. The unit was very clean and had basically anything we needed and the location was great. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the crowds and it really wasn't even noisy as we thought it might be. We would definitely recommend and stay at this rental again !

The condo is located right down town - could not be a better location for walking to Pier, restaurants and shops.The condo was fabulous - probably the nicest VRBO condo we have stayed in! Loved the wrap around balcony to watch all the activities down the main street.Jerry was great - good follow up and lots of recommendations.
