The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse.


400 Ocean Suites is a great choice for modern accommodation right in the heart of the St. Simons Island pier village. The building features an outdoor swimming pool. Nestled in the heart of the Pier Village, guests of 400 Ocean Suites will enjoy being part of St. Simons' downtown living. Fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, as well as the St. Simons fishing pier, Neptune Park, and historic Lighthouse. Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.

Tax Certificate: #126822

If a Damage Waiver is listed amongst charges, this is a fully refundable damage deposit - not a fee.

Location is wonderful!
The location is great! We had an issue with our air not working, and we did t realize it until about 4 hours after check in. Someone was sent to fix it and then it worked the rest of our stay. Bed was a little firm, pillows weren't great, and water pressure was lacking in the shower: We were in the 2nd floor and the people above us were very noisy with their walking around and constantly going in and out of the sliding glass door. If you stay here, I strongly suggest the 3rd floor. Overall our place was clean. Communication from management was good. The location is fantastic. If you go out the back through the parking lot, you have a short 2-3 minute walk to the village right beside Palmer's.
