Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front residence at Shipwatch on St. Simons Island. The sought-after Shipwatch Community is located on the stretch of beach between the historic Coast Guard Station and Massengale Park. With just 52 units in the complex, Shipwatch is a favorite destination for families, couples and snowbirds alike.

The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. The second bath is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Amenities include secured gated entry, pool, covered parking, grass lawn, community grill and private boardwalk to the beach. Each condo has two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an open dining/ living room, kitchen and balcony. Unless specified, residences do not offer ocean views.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Pets are not allowed in this unit
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.

Exceeded Expectations
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved our stay. The unit was as described, very clean, and well maintained. 109 is on a second level but there is an elevator. The elevator is small and no air conditioning. It can be slow. 109 is close to the pool. The residents were nice and helpful.The kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking needs. The complex is well maintained and clean. The pool area was nice and the pool is salt. Access to the beach: the condo does have beach access but there is a walk to get to the beach. Make sure you remember where you come out on the beach or you will miss the path on your return. Parking: covered parking is very tight. If you are driving a midsize to large vehicle don’t try it. Park in the parking. There are 2 buildings with no unit signage. 109 is the right building (facing the buildings)The real estate agency handling this unit was awesome. Great communication. We received a call the day of arrival letting us know we could check-in early. Access to area attractions: short drive to lighthouse and village. St Simons is golf cart friendly.

Family Beach Trip
Came to this property for our family beach trip before school starts. It was wonderful. The beach was a short walk away and there is a private wooden boardwalk that spans about halfway of the walk. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. The balcony was huge and like additional living space. We’d have our kids drip-dry and play games out there coming in from the beach/pool. Had one maintenance issue come up (a toilet was continuously running) but they came to fix it quickly. Overall, we had a great time and can’t wait to come back!
