Perfect place for enjoying the town and a great vibe and balcony over looking the central part of town. Updated cool condo. Very unique and spacious. One of the best vrbos I have ever been in. Great parking and very quiet especially right in the heart of St. Simon’s Island.

What a fun place to stay in St Simons Island! We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and "people watch" from the balcony in the evening. And the reserved parking space was a plus in the busy village area. The apartment itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated and spacious. The host was very friendly and checked on us after we arrived. Overall, my excellent rating was well deserved!

A very clean and comfortable place. The host called before check in and gave a restaurant recommendation that was spot on (Georgia Sea Grill). Great location walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Very enjoyable weekend trip.

Had a great visit to SSI and staying at this property. Breakfast on the balcony or evenings watching the nightlife were highlights. Property is well furnished and very comfortable. Unit has everything you could want for while you are staying at the property. Host was very communicative and concerned about making my trip as enjoyable as possible. I am waiting for the dates for next summer to open up so I can book a return trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo. The location is centrally located in the Village - the wrap around porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The condo had everything we needed and was thoughtfully decorated. We hope to stay here again in the future!

This was a perfect location! Its located on the main street where all the restaurants, bars, shops and the pier!The condo was super clean, stocked with everything you need, and Jerry was an amazing host! Great location right in the downtown pier village. We walked to everything. Place was clean and host was easy to communicate with. My only criticism would be the smell of fragrance from the cleaning products used from the cleaning crew. I wish more rentals were leaning towards using fragrance free products. The smell was so strong. I even noticed that when I used a paper towel to wipe up some spilled water on the floor, that the paper towel turned pink! Probably from using fabuloso floor cleaner or something similar. After leaving the doors open here and there is was alittle better, but still stayed around the entire 4 days we were there. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The condo was perfect. Very tastefully decorated. The location was right in the middle of everything. Shops, restaurants, the pier and more. Very clean and furnished with everything to make our stay extremely enjoyable.

I have been fortunate enough to travel to St. Simon's many times in the last 30 years and have stayed in numerous places all over the island. Words cannot express how well-appointed and beautiful this condo is! The location can't be beat! You are in the heart of the village with the hustle and bustle but the condo provided a peaceful and relaxing retreat. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and already looking to return this summer!
